Hello, maybe you know the answer to this, 4 days ago, My Skycontroller 2 stopped connecting/talking to my smart phone. I didn't drop, bump or damage either device. It just stopped connecting for no reason. I'm stumped. I've had over 50 flights using the FPV before this happened and I'm following the same connection process as always. I tried using another USB cord, uninstalled Freeflight Pro from my phone and installed the latest version but NOTHING I've done has fixed the problem! It still says no controller connected. I can still fly the Bebop from my phone via Bebops wifi, or straight from the Skycontroller but with line-of-sight only. FPV of course does not work. Do you know if there is a reset procedure or hard reboot specifically for the Skycontroller 2? I have been in touch with Parrot customer service and sadly, they can't help me. I asked to speak with the engineers and designers of the Skycontroller/Bebop 2, and have had zero success with that. Any help/knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Jet Helicopter I'm pretty sure there is no wifi to the controller .does the light stat blinking red the whole time cause if it is green is connected to the bebop if not is just blinking in on the wifi setting do exactly I did here and it should be working the remote only works on 2.4 if it get change it won't let me know I'll try my best to help u thru

Thank you very much I had repeatedly written to Parrot help desk and could not get the SC2 to connect. All it took was to change to 2.4. Thank you.

Yes. I agree 1000%! My experiences have been that Parrots help desk/customer service are a bunch of idiots who should be making fries at McDonalds instead. Their knowledge on how to handle real problems with the Bebop 2 and Skycontroller 2 always have left me more stumped and discouraged than before. Learning and studying RUclips videos slams Parrots lame help desk on fixing issues. Very Sad.

Kayden yap ok where arebu stuck ,u have that same remore with bebop 2 if so go to setting and remote and put automatically
Kayden yap follow same procedure ooen setting and go to netowrk since bebop connecto wifi ur phone or tablet take any setting as of network butbthe remote doesnt so when u connect ur remote to phone or tablet u have to either put automatically or on the one the i put there follow is easy to follow that why is video with every step let me know ill be hlad to hep
