We take a walk by the lake on the way to The Anchor Inn Pub where we enjoy a lunchtime meal . Even the weather was nice 🐶🐱🐱🙂😎

A Drive to Tintagel - Cornwall

Instead of walking we decided to drive from Trewethett Farm Campsite into Tintagel. It’s not far and we found a Motorhome Park Up for future use.

How to Arrive (Recommended Route) - Trewethett Farm CAMC Site

This is the route that’s recommended for arriving at Trewethett Farm Campsite. From the A39 in direction of Bude. Look for the Transmitter and turn left. In 2.5miles at crossroads turn right onto B3266 towards Boscastle. In 2.5miles at junction continue onto B3263 to Tintagel. It’s a bit tight in places but once there the view is stunning.

For this trip we drive into Cornwall with our first stop at Godrevy Park CAMC Site. We make the most of the nice weather and take the short walk from Site to the beach.

We love that site but the stress levels to and from with a large caravan are extremely high, we always seem to encounter a bus or a delivery vehicle on that final stretch

£10 is reasonable for a night stop l. Stratford is a lovey place. Wonderful architecture and riverside.
