3 things: 1. You got hosed with your insurance claim 2. When buying and selling you can find out where the best place to buy/sell using your MOBI glass. There is a regular update on commodities in your journal. The other day I finished a delivery mission at a mining facility and picked up some Titanium because I saw that Microtech was short on building materials. I made a decent amount even for my little cargo hold on the Avenger Titan. 3. When you go to the terminal to sell, you need to select the "SELL" tab on the top right of the screen. I think the default just shows what you can buy there.

You are in one massive death trap debt spiral, my friend... How can you be in 1999, episode 25 and still have only 6.572 citizens? Yes, I am aware it is realistic mode, but still - that seems a low number. And it get's even worse - at the end of the episode you are at 6.311 - you lost citizens in stead of growing and you have less citizens in stead of more. And you have to pay 50K every month in interest. How is this going to end well....?

do the 2 tile start, do another 2 tile in the diameter you want. connect one end of the 2 tile to the other. delete a notch of each 2 tile and connect the rest of the circle. similar principle, but faster and more accurate (as it uses snaps for both ends)

lol my builds look like a MegaCity/Slum everything all slapped together and no room to breath. You have so much open spaces I can imagine random ladies from movies dancing and singing in the middle of spaces between buildings like some 50s musical. lol Your roundabout bridge yeah I probably would have crammed that in 1/3 the space you used. Not saying either way is best, just reference.

Much respect you trying to be more 'realistic' with houses/parking and such... this game is very poor mechanically for it (a design choice). It nice seeing something I wouldn't try -that is CONTENT worth posting. How about a larger parking lot for a couple or few houses, a shared parking scheme? HONESTLY if you going that route need to find a mod that allows cars/houses to be in same plot... like the push for 'old single home houses torn down and the lot made to hold 4 families in 4 houses with parking underneath' that idiots been pushing to help with the current housing crisis in NAmerica and abroad. Yeah looks like broke mod and its confusing your CO so its sending empty trucks there. lol. Def a 'not realism' supported Mod. -Food: You have 30 workers max (out of 300 possible). They can barely produce enough to feed your 6.5K citizens. You want to export more food you need a LOT more workers in there (and course the water/sewer/power/grain to support the up to 10x more resources needed) -Power flickers: You got overdraw, probably the giant food plant. Sucks on production flow but long as it doesnt hit houses (which pisses off citizens) meh -Garbage Truck: The truck you sold picks up 6+ tons in a couple seconds (picks up the whole large trash container). The little residential truck picks up 5ish tons in about a minute (one 50gallon-ish tashcan of trash a cycle of loading). Can have them share the Office and it will only use the Large Waste usually, but you so overloaded it was doing what it can with what it had -Garbage stand: Yeah no clue that should have been working. It shows the connection is active. Bug in build or its a mod with issues. Ive experienced that bug in past as well and even rebuilding another nearby didnt correct. -Garbage stand No Can Assign Task: They coded it so you can't assign direct collections from Trash stands. You have to use an Office to pick it up on its own initiative. You CAN have that Office drop it off to a Trash Transfer stand (so they get combined into larger trash containers) and then you can assign a trash truck to collect it from there and haul off to your recycle/border. ~~~Design thought process is 'collect garbage from civi' with lil truck and dump at Trash Transfer outside of housing to have Large truck pick up and haul load afar. It works with Large tash too (transfer from Large Trash Stand/business) but in truth it sort of shows the stupids of the decision at that point. They assumed that Large Trash stands/business would never be around civilian/housing... which isn't really possible with how they created the game. lol
