red cable splice, wrapped by electrical tape, then silicone goes on top and and extra electrical tape on sides on tube

yes u can solder BUT twist wires before you solder as if wire get shot it will melt solder and wires will separate so twist will hold them in place. Electrical tape is mostly for water/moisture/humidity insulation so make sure silicone tubes covers far enough form a disconnect point, silicone form chiller is perfect choice.

we use acrylic for cheaper stamp and metal for better once (CO2 laser will not work with metal)

if u see same synptoms of high voltage leak, arc from wire to body/ground after few hours then check hymidity, check wire temp (contact less ir thermometer). if humidity increasing or water leaks from tune it can conduct electricity. if wire gets hot it may expose crack in shielding. both scenarios are not too mych likely but phisics is phisics . other thing to check is ur ground. if some how electric flow does not go though tunbe or its ground wire it will try to find nearest and weakest exit point. ex bad ground wire or some how electrical defect in power supply that increases resistance on groumd. what i seen on our own machine was leakage from flyback transformers, ex as power supply gets hot flybacks start shooting lighting to power supply body (inside). so bottom lime if wires leaking replace all, really all wired. if does not help replace power supply, if does not help look at what u could possibly miss in symptoms :)

@@lasercutzinfo4718 ur right i guess I did wrong instead of cilicon pipe as protection i used plastic pipes . For now I did changed to cilicon pipe to cover attached area . And for humidity yes can be a factor too . As I living in tropical weather country very high humidity level 😑 . Tqvm for explaining

plastic pipe can work but depends on plastic ex abs can absorb moisture which is irrelevant to most cases but when comes to high voltage it can become a conductor. so yes, try silicone and as long as possible to to isolate any unexpected exit point

yes and no. yes it can cut but soap will melt so unless its guest size soaps (like 1/2" thick) then cut lines will be bad and probably burned... though depends on ingredients

material was stainless 304 if u need aluminium id say u need at least 20w and small lens lile 50x50 as alu disperse energy very easy. if its anodized alu thrn not much power needed. we use 80w machine though

acrylic handles are not meant to be used with mallet and its wel documented in our guides. For mallet we have wood backer handle that is designed to absorb shock and distribute it evenly across stamp plate. Acrylic handle is designed to pull stamp off material and acrylic glue is very durable once it reaches full strenght

Its more streight, but if we do off focus it can have angle in case of text only bold text stamps. Notmaly we do stright once

Yea AutoCAD file or any other vector file would work. Best to avoid any thin lines or small design elements as those can burn out or brake easily

nope, 7 axis water jet cut, laser does not cut glass. We do little more then just laser cutting

This is acrylic. It is for stamping soaps BUT not as a mat, mat does not produce good results (though it can be used as alternative to molding) anyway this is a stamp so you push it into new uncured soap and as result you get impression there. Similarly it works with clay and other soft surfaces.

This is acrylic, it is used to stamp, emboss art into existing freshly made soaps while they are still soft. Technically similar thing can be used as a "mat" but it needs to be much more shallow. For mats i think silicone casting is much better then laser engraving

1W is like BlueRay burner model :) it little to low to react with anodizing layer. Usually we run at least 9W to get bare minimum engraving. Depending what you trying to do you would need at least 10W machine on Qswitch fiber. Anodized aluminum can also be done on cheap Co2 laser machines, quality is significantly lower and you will be fully dependent on layer of anodizing but small power CO2 tubes are pretty cheap
