1.don’t push on the horses neck 2.get a saddle or learn to get on properly 3.feed your horse more and make sure it’s the right food

Please try not to slam on your horses back when mounting! I hurts the horse and can make the horse have trauma from it causing it to get scared when you want to mount again. Feed your horse as well , very skinny and needs some food! Don’t push on the horses back like that ! It can seriously damage the hoses spine and muscles! This is basically horse abuse
