I made this but very differently. 1st, I browned hamburger with real onions then added mushrooms and some fried onions 2nd, I definitely seasoned and added the soup and sour cream to the same pan I browned the meat. 3rd, I cooked some noodles al dente and added them to the hamburger mixture. I then put the mixture in a casserole dish and added some mozzarella cheese and more fried onions on top. Lastly I put the biscuits on top only cutting some to fit. After the biscuits started to brown slightly I spread some garlic butter on top. When the casserole was almost done I threw some cheddar cheese on top of the biscuits and baked until melted. I never have cooked anything without using spices, never have I ever seen grease drained as she did it. Sure, this is a quick easy meal but a few extra steps certainly makes it more flavorful.

The texture changes it tastes gluey. I tried both smashing them and just slicing them then freezing but didn’t like the textural difference. They’d only be good for smoothies like this.

or just a scale to measure how much flour you need, since flour is not volume consistent (it can be compressed or not) it means you can have different amounts of flour in the same volume container, so its easier to just measure by weight

That's so mich more complicated and far less precise than just using a scale.. I don't get it
