How did you do the back neck line? I got so confused by the directions but urs looks so much better than mine. Did u stitch it on, then stitch the hem line? And what did you do with the excess material?

Email teliz@ bigpond.com. Or for you to give to colleagues... your fabrics for kiddies look fabulous.... Facing for the back of neck- you don’t reduce the height of the back, you put the curved bit outside fabric facing outside fabric along the back of the neck before you saw the back onto the front. Then you so 3/8 of an inch along that curve for a scene and then you iron it over and you’ll find it turns into a reverse curve and the back of the neck and the curved facing goes inside the garment but before you iron it over into the curve you sleep along it at every inch and that help the curve bend easier when turned over to lay on the inside. I can’t work out how you sewing that part?!?!!
