I ,once apon a time, put a serpentine belt fan on my normal Veebelt non-serpentine truck engine, , and it boiled over in 5 mile, it was in the radiator, I noticed with an idling it was pushing water out the radiator cap and pushing air toward the front of the truck, and of course, the parts house was close ,so I pulled the fan off the water pump,and drove it home, anyway thanks BigAl California (on RUclips) love ya.

Need a 160 thermostat,max there is / or shouldn’t be any vehicles on the road running hotter than 180, max, all of my trucks run 160, ,170 on a hot day,180 pulling loads , I have 160 * thermostat,and big 4 core radiator, so something wrong, I also put fan shrouds, on everything, yours is Electric fans, so probably,need them on all the time ,ok thanks BigAl California, love ya

My immediate thought :fuel cut and ignition outage. Did you check your FPR? If the tune is on point I could only assume it's a FPR or pump issue. Probably can't handle the fuel feed required after (if) you upgraded the turbo and injectors recently. Cuz as you stated it's cutting when it s fuel delivery should be "most efficient". For it to lean out would mean either a false read or disruption in the delivery.

You will have more fun and that will be reflected in your onscreen personality and presentation. Then your audience will find and follow you instead of you chasing after an audience.
