Hello po! Not sure sa Timog branch, kasi huli naming punta diyan pa-pasko na at maraming Christmas party, so mas ok may reservation. Pero sa Banawe branch, naka-ilang punta na po kami ng tanghali na walk-in ng hindi holiday season, and nakakuha naman ng table agad.

Ok rin po na yung Gateway 2 mas maraming resto kaysa retail stores. Para pag may ganap sa Araneta Coliseum, hindi hirap humanap ng makakainan. 😃 Tsaka malaki na ang food selection sa Cubao area. Dati nung 90's di uso sa Cubao ang Thai, Vietnamese, Singaporean. 😅

Parang mabilis naman po. Naka-ilang ikot po ako, at di ko naman nakita na walang laman yung tempura. Tsaka habang nagvi-video ako, nadadaanan ko sa iba't ibang section yung staff na nagre-refill. 😄

Yung amin kasi dahil opening day mismo and di pa sila open for lunch nun, nagpalista na kami ng 1pm and we were already no. 58 by then. If you get on the waitlist, I wouldn't recommend wandering. Pag crowded na sa labas, they just call out 3 times. Pag wala dun mismo yung representative niyo man lang, they will skip. And they start calling out at 5pm.

Hi! I have yet to try other dishes apart from what was there on the video. But I will maintain that the general meat quality is certainly fair for the price.

I had this experience with Nala, but not with Halia. Feeling ko tuloy, it might have something to do with how old the stocks are?

@@matromaonila When we went there, the refill was slow for the meats and seafood so majority of the time it seemed like the options was just the balls and vegs so I do relate to the comment. It was full house on a weekend but still other hot pots dont have that problem.

Hmm... I don't know where they sell bird's nest these days. Just the bottled ones in a mildly sweet syrup that come from Singapore called Brands.

I highly recommend Halia. Nahirapan po talaga ako sa Nala. I don't know if what I tried was old stock or a bad batch, but ang bilis niya sobra masira. 😭 Hindi malinis na kumakalas sa underwear!

Hi! The grilled meats didn't take that long. Maybe around 10 minutes, since they continuously grill them outdoors. The galbis have a bit of a "lutong bahay" taste to them, but not in a bad way. They are not too salty or greasy, and I imagine they would taste that way if you go over to a Korean friend's house and they make it for you.

Hi! Yes, the stop for The Kimberley Hotel is S49. That's in front of the Standard Chartered building. From there you walk along Nathan Road towards the corner of Nathan Road and Kimberley Road (Kimberley Road is between the Furla and Coach stores.) Cross the street to the Coach store and walk into Kimberley Road. The hotel is on that same side. Just a 3-minute walk from S49. Super convenient!
