Those owners who didn’t sell are delusional. The Florida Insurance Crisis-especially Real Estate has totally changed people’s buying habits here. All that ‘mad money’ we had for buying toys is ALL going to the Insurance Companies, AND repairing storm damages, and restocking Condo coffers as per that disastrous new law due to that ONE(1) condo that collapsed due to circumstances that will NEVER effect other condo!

Just because you spend 100k on restoring an old car doesn’t mean that you’re gonna find a buyer to pay that. The buyer doesn’t care how much you spend. Also those 4 new ford broncos won’t sell for the buy it now price . Those are all depreciating as we speak. Smh

Great video. I’m impressed with all the upgrades and development since being stationed there 1968-70. I was an MU in a Unit Band assigned to ComCruDesFlot 12, Admiral Isaac Kidd Jr. Played colors every morning by the USS Yellowstone, lots of arrivals, change-of-command ceremonies, plus community events and parties. One highlight was the Apollo program. We were able to see the orange fireball of every launch. Also travelled to the Cape a few times for receptions involving Navy astronauts. My barber for last three decades was on the Sara, though he left Mayport just prior to my arrival. We often share “war” stories of our times there. Again thanks for the memories.

That music is horrible. Alot of these old guys that have these custom vans wish they were still young and can go back in time to bring hot young women into their vans. At least they have the past to hang on to, life is difficult when we get old. Vans made after 1994 just don't fit in well at van shows, the body styles were not as nice as the older ones.
