Thank you for confirming this! I use to chuckle at all the health "experts" who promoted a vegetarian or vegan diet--- as if it was the latest and greatest discovery. Plant based, nutrient rich was the Master's plan from Day 1! Same goes for the motivational speakers and some psychologist...they are just regurgitating wisdom that is found in the Word! Now off to make a lesson plan for highschool students based on this material!

If the vegan diet worked wouldn’t it be working for you, I mean you’re overweight especially as a vegan 🌱 just remember one person‘s food can be one person’s poison and what works for one may not work for the other and may make the third person worse.

I've been on a food journey so ive been watching lots of these type of videos people promoting their diets, from carnivore to vegan. And all of them seem to cherry pick data to suit their agenda. So Jesus ate a fish to prove he was alive, but this is somehow not relevant? Why didn't he eat an apple or some bread instead? And the loaves and fishes were clearly just that. But what these people on the videos usually have in common, whether they're meat eaters or plant eaters, is that they are in good physical shape. But Dr Milton is clearly not. He is overweight with a big belly and doesn't look healthy. So not very convincing to eat his diet!
