I'm no expert, but I think you're jabbing with the wrong hand, and you stay in center a bit too long without moving your head, just work on your lead hand and add some head movements and it'll look much better. Keep grinding brother.

It depends on what you want to focus on, but off of immediate observation, I say add in some defense. When you throw a punch, move, stay off a straight line, whether that be a slip or roll. However, dont forget to keep your hands ready for incoming counters. Also, bring your chin down and elbow to your ribs, they look a bit far from your camera angle and if you keep that habit you will end up on the mat

Not a pro by any means but lean a little further back. That's good if you have someone on the ropes and stalking but seems you might be in a rough position for defense. Pull-backs, slips and moons are all done leaned back with the hips. Second recommendation would be you are jabbing too much with your cross. Jab with your lead hand more often, that's your feeler. Find then target, then come with the cross. Still learning myself but easier to spot other people versus your own and working on all these things.

4 and my reasoning is you have decent power but there’s a few problems (I do muay thai not boxing so if some of these don’t translate my bad) 1. Your guard, hand is down not really protecting your body or more importantly your head 2. You’re stepping into the hook, I would’ve personally just gotten closer and used my hip and upper body rotation for power instead Now imagine if your opponent had rolled and just had his jab out you would’ve stepped right into it with 0 protection. Try to work on basics and then increase speed gradually you will be surprised as to how much force you will be able to generate

focus on da basics big dawg. proper form and control. keep that jab up at your face after you throw it. drop lower with your hips and generate more rotational force through your legs and the ground, keep that rotational force growing through your rotation through the hips then stomach followed by your upper body, shoulder, and finish your strike with the turning of the wrist. keep your feet planted after you throw. keep those elbows in and don’t swing so wide. looks like you’re still relatively new, just focus on throwing punches slower and focusing on proper form.
