Ball Family Highlights
Добавлен 26 дек 2016
I love players with a story, not just arriving to the nba and dominating - this is why I decided to follow lonzo, he's had some big challenges to overcome. It's boring to me when it's predictable, in reality life is unpredictable.
This channel first started only dedicated to lonzo, because lamelo is similar to what I mention above so I'm not as excited by his story. However it's still fascinating since he had an unconventional road to get here. And I can't just ignore Zo's brother.
So as the channel name says, these are Ball Family Highlights - now am I only gonna upload videos about them? NO, I'll upload whatever video that awakens my interest such as one of my first one's on james johnson.
However I won't take requests because it's too much effort, if enough people are interested we could discuss a patreon, but time is too valuable to me to just increase my workload.
Hope you enjoy and if you do please consider donating any amount paypal.me/MKZO3?locale.x=en_US

If Lonzo Ball Improves This .. Watch out
Haven't posted in a long while, been busy with work and tbh some new lonzo channels have emerged that are doing a great job at covering lonzo.
My videos are still particular yes, so there is room for me still in the community - just haven't had the time or felt inspired.
If anyone is wondering, I am happy with how lonzo has played this season - I feel he has taken a step up in terms of Defense and 3pt shooting.
I've already expressed my concerns with his game in the past and what I feel he should focus on - in the description of other videos.
This video is not meant to attract hate towards lonzo, I am a huge fan if you can't tell ... I just wanted to highlight that this season lonzo sadly has...

Stan Van Gundy Praises Lonzo Ball - "A True Pro" -
Просмотров 2,7 тыс.3 года назад
It's weird with Stan, is it just me or is it hard to tell how he truly feels about a player? he praises lonzo here but yet we saw how he utilized him - maybe it wasn't his doing, maybe it was management .. who knows. Regardless, praise is praise - worth posting the clip, I like how he mentions lonzos work ethic and high standards for himself.
Every Lonzo Ball 3 Pointer From the 2018/19 Season

A video like this didn't exist for this season, so I made it. This season was unfortunate with the injuries lonzo suffered, I think it was clear he was starting to improve his 3pt shot already. If you guys enjoy the videos please consider supporting the channel through patreon or paypal, links are on the main page of my channel just click the icon.
Lonzo Ball - Stepback / Pull up Evolution (2017/2021)
Просмотров 7 тыс.3 года назад
I was surprised I didn't find more footage on stepbacks, but it just goes to show that Lonzo is not a "James Harden / Luka Doncic type" they spam the stepbacks way more and are main ball handlers. Since lonzo hasn't ever been the type to want to dominate the ball it makes sense he has less stepbacks overall. So this is one of my shorter videos, not because of lack of effort but just because of ...
Lonzo Ball - Hustle Rebounder
Просмотров 2,6 тыс.3 года назад
This is a part of his game that will be important if he will ever be a triple double machine like Russel Westbrook. Keep in mind that playing with players like Zion, Adams, Ingram and even Josh hart who is a great rebounder for his size - lonzo will have less opportunities to get rebounds. One of the things to look forward to if he changes team is if he can surpass his career average in rebound...
Josh Hart - Rebounding Underdog
Просмотров 16 тыс.3 года назад
Because I am a fan of lonzo, I also take interest in his teammates - and that is why this video was made. Josh Hart is a gritty hard working role player that is among the best rebounding guards in the league, despite his size he can rebound better than some bigs who have played in the league. I figured that it must kind of suck for roleplayers like josh hart to rarely if ever get videos made on...
Lonzo Ball - Lockdown Potential Part 2 (2021)
Просмотров 11 тыс.3 года назад
This project will be by far the most time consuming one, VERY hard to make videos on 1v1 defense since the footage is random and you never know the exact scenarios of good defense. Basically it's much easier to make a steals or blocks video because it's all organized in one category, but 1v1 defense is all random and based on what you find - so it requires a lot of time searching through games....
Lonzo Ball - Lob Specialist
Просмотров 15 тыс.3 года назад
There are some videos out there already on lobs but not an updated one. Figured I would do a chronology based video compilation, you will notice that in the lakers the coach allowed him to run set plays for lobs which consisted of off bal screens to get the cutter open. In the pelicans, it's mostly just free style and IQ - Chemistry. I personally don't get why SVG didn't incorporate a play for ...
Lonzo Ball - Pocket Pass / Bounce Pass Specialist
Просмотров 10 тыс.3 года назад
Lonzo loves to use the pocket pass especially in pick and roll situations, especially these 2 seasons with zion since he is so explosive attacking the rim. You will notice lonzo started to use these type of passes more often in the pelicans so the majority of the video is pelicans highlights. He has had many different pick and roll partners, with different scoring styles such as Jackson Hayes a...

Lonzo you got me fucked up, draining so many threes I have to make almost a 30min video to include all makes .. was a lot of hard work. I don't have much to say, the video says it all - inspiring shot transformation and improvement by lonzo. If you enjoy the videos please consider supporting the channel, I will eventually stop if I don't see enough support - it's a big time commitment. paypal.m...

Lonzo Ball - Best Pelican Finishes (2019 / 2021)
Просмотров 4,8 тыс.3 года назад
Just a video on purely his best finishes with the pelicans, since my attacking the basket videos are focused on all the FGA's and not on how impressive they are. I feel this video really showcases his potential as a finisher, when he's really aggressive and uses his speed and body to his advantage. We all know the main issue with lonzo is not necessarily something mechanical, but more about his...
LaMelo Ball - Floater Prodigy
Просмотров 6 тыс.3 года назад
I have to call him a prodigy of the shot for 2 reasons, first because at such a young age he is able to do this - second because he even came up with it. His deep floaters are legit a unique shot, I don't remember anyone else who uses it or at least as consistently as lamelo does. It's crazy because lamelo will be influencing the future generation so we will most likely see this shot become som...
LaMelo Ball - Elite Finisher Potential
Просмотров 13 тыс.3 года назад
One could argue that he is basically already an elite finisher, just depends what standards on FG% you're holding him too. What makes lamelo such an impressive finisher? especially compared to lonzo?. Well to be fair, I definitely believe lamelo is a bit taller but most importantly, his wingspan seems crazy. You can see him constantly use his long arms to his advantage, but it wouldn't be possi...
Lonzo Ball Attacking the Basket Part 4 (2021)
Просмотров 10 тыс.3 года назад
There were a couple clips where one could argue it's either a driving shot or mid range, for arguments sake just consider it both. The biggest thing lonzo improved this season in relation to attacking the basket was finishing in transition, as well as using his body more - which he still needs to get used to since sometimes he gets called for offensive fouls using this style of driving. The thi...

Lonzo Ball Attacking the Basket Evolution Part 1
I commend you for making this video 3 years ago before he started putting insane rebounding numbers for the knicks. You are a true ball fan
His floater pretty solid whenever he shot it in good rhythm
Zo shoots his mid range better towards his right.
His stepback jumper is unguardable
Imagine Carusso joined Lonzo and Jrue in the pelican back then
Josh hart build coming soon
He has improved as a finisher
Zo has a old man game.
That upper body strength from him is underrated.
This is Steve nash technique Steve nash is the prodigy
Love Him On The Knicks He Doing His Thing In The Playoffs 💯
He really plays in flow
Shout out to you for making this. My favorite player
You need players like this on your team
Thank you for this, do you mind if i use some clips? I've for a long time said his stepback is the most dangerous move in basketball
He starts running to ball when it's in the air while everyone else is watching and standing still. Great anticipation. He's a tracker!!
8:16 Zo made the King of Mid-range miss a mid-range jumpshot
If Hart wasn’t 6’4 people would call him the best rebounder in the league 😂
In his position he leads the league in rebounds
Knickstape we here
NYK let’s GO!
I’d be so hype if Nets were to obtain him in a trade and then Mo Bamba as well. Our rebounding would jump
How do you feel now?
@@botmonmon6089 like Joe Tsai doesn’t care about winning a championship. Only making returns on investment’s
@@botmonmon6089 😂
OUCH
Eek
Man you gotta comeback and make Lonzo Highlights preferably defense. We miss both of y’all workin brodie ❤️🖤
Zo love when a defender go under the pick you just giving him space to be comfortable to let it fly
i love the announcers for the teams hes played on, the bulls announcers are hype for everything he does, the pels announcers were giving lonzo every single bit of respect he deserved and the lakers.. ye
lonzo gon be deadly next szn
Any updates on his injury status and a possible return date?
It’s crazy cuz the nba midrange is basically college 3pt area don’t know why he can’t hit them
What Lonzo needs from mid range is just more sample size, more attempts so he can get used to utilizing it and get in a rhythm
@@CrimsonHeart3 yea he was trending that way his last year in N.O
He just hasnt shot well for midrange this season, we know midrange is in his arsenal he showed he can hit midrange shot last season. It just a matter of time for real
Great video fr
How is he missing so many open shots
He talks about it a bit in the description, his preferred playstyle is 3pt shooting so he doesn't have as much experience in his life from mid range .. like at all, he didn't do it AT ALL in UCLA and most of his life - so it's something new to him especially with his new shot form. Last season he shot it better though, so this season he has dropped off - but has been one of the top 3pt shooters.
Nice to see this channel back in action.
I’ve no doubt he’ll be an all-star it’s just a matter of time.
Read the description for details on the video and channel state, enjoy.
Why does he look taller here
He's really good at matching his opponent's moves. Those contests are on point, no noticeable delay
this is a dope video, i wish zo had this finishing in his bag too :(
SVG dumb for takin the ball outta Zo hands
Maybe he was forced to do the system?
He’s elite on getting over screens. It can’t be overstated just how difficult it is to play perimeter defense in the modern NBA
Lonzo watches a lot of tape on these guys, and it shows. Even the most athletically gifted defenders will often just end up in foul trouble against these guys. This is really impressive
The top guy is literally a casual lol. Rookie Lonzo was still a way better shooter than rookie rondo and Jason Kidd
Kidd: 27% rookie year Rondo: 20% rookie year Lonzo: 30 % rookie year
He doesn’t want to be good he wants to be great you couldn’t see that and that’s why you took the ball out of his hand and was one of the main reasons the team lost so many games and the reason you got fired
Wait, so why did they trade Lonzo for a second round pick then?
@@martezhodges3418 bc they're stupid. the same reason why Anthony Davis left will be the same reason why Zion leaves, because theyre stupid. They couldve got much more in return for Lonzo had they dealt him during the trade deadline, but again, theyre stupid.
@@martezhodges3418 PELICANS. dumb name . dumb team.
Steph Curry with 40 inch vertical and elite defense
Seeing my favorite player (Lonzo) with my 2nd favorite player (Adams) is amazing. And I’m not even a Pelicans fan. Never thought they would ever play together.
Giving people eat for your luck
His defensive awareness and IQ is very high
He's actually a great well rounded player. Excels in defense. Really developed his spot up 3. Always been great in transition. Really worked on his finishing this year and has high basketball IQ. He can find his teammates too.
Awesome vid, thanks!
He will be special on the bulls
This kind of video is really important
On some of these, he’s got to keep it just a half 2nd longer… or even attact the rim and score!?
Him and Vouch about to be nasty🤯
