Howdy Folks, Today we're gonna replace the Alternator/Fan/Crank Pully belt on my Kubota BX25D Tractor. Forgot to fire up the camera when I started, but you'll get to see it all put back in place (reverse of taking it off). While I love my camcorder, it is hard as heck to see the screen when I'm outside, so there is a section where I speed it up because I had you pointed at the arm (whoops). Her...

Can you do a vid on those battery posts
The "do-hickey" is for putting the spring back on. It has a groove that goes over the spring post to lock on to the post then you "lever" the spring on to the post. Honda arrangement may not work that way but many drum brake springs do.
@@jerrycallo I like do-hickey better 😜
Drum brakes were designed by Satan
Very nice and informative video. Small tip on tightening the servo saver: I also upgraded to a metal tooth 35kg DS servo, so I tightened the servo saver thinking along the same logic as you, that metal gears won't strip. While that is true, immediately after installing the servo saver I broke both left and right steering knuckles on the same day. The right side broke during an impact while I was also steering, the left broke just driving next to a pavement. I think the wheels being in a situation where they can NOT move, if the servo saver is too tight, the upgraded servo actually has enough force to break the steering knuckles. I now set the saver a bit looser, but not as loose as factory, so now it has some play if I grab the wheels tight, didn't break anything since, fingers crossed. Looks like the play in the servo saver can save not just the servo gears but also the steering assembly in cases of impact or when the wheels are stuck.
Thank you for the info. I gave up on that thing long ago.
I just tried to use these on my Tundra. One arm broke at the hinge.
@@67daltonknox what the heck He Man. Well they aren't the highest quality... But are pretty cheap 😂
Today I was working on this same machine and the owner never had it serviced since they got it in 2017 😅. The problem they were having is the tank keeps overfilling and shoots out water from the safety valve . The only thing I could thing of causing that was the water level probe at the top and I took it out and cleaned it with some sand paper and it resolved the issue . Should I replace it to a new one or just work it so for a while? Also the solenoid on the group heads and valves were completely shut , had to remove the whole head and delime it 😅. Got back one group head to work on the left the right one needs a solenoid . Orrrr what I noticed when I was pulling my shot is that the little drain pan starts to fill up with water while I’m pulling a shot & starts to overflow. Do you have any idea as to what can cause that ?
If the level probe is working, keep it. A spare wouldn't hurt. Don't forget the filter in the top of the group heads. Also, here is a link to the part you need, it's called a doser valve. Looks identical to the ones for ESP2 which are stupid expensive. That'll fix the drain bowl filling up. Good luck finding a way to fix it. I haven't all these years. www.webstaurantstore.com/estella-caffe-pecem36-three-way-valve-for-ecem1-espresso-machines/236PECEM36.html
And if you need new lucifer solenoids, check out espressoparts.com they are way cheaper.
Seems slower than a sand blaster.
@@adyjames8204 it's ok. And a sand blaster is better. But you don't know until you try.
@@gregslair4278 I don’t have a large compressor. But I can take a pressure washer wherever I need to. We will see what happens. 30 bucks and it’s worth a try.
@@adyjames8204 their cheap enough, and it works OK, but it's a pain. I like the soda blaster from harbor freight better.
Hello there Gregs Lair, I was just about to open a manual on that machine, came online and found you wow, i already appreciate this video. My machine has no pressure at the brew heads and the water isn't as hot on one side , the steamer and hot water work perfectly, I opened and clean the brew head system which made a little difference so now watching you i may have to check the heating element. so far i realized the solenoid valves at the brew heads mya be defective but need to check all other aspects of that issue. Thank you so much for that video.
@@seanbeharry9319 thank you. Careful with those boiler bolts, they like to snap off.
@@gregslair4278 Yes they are tricky, easy to move on the tank first then off the brew head. Thanks for the response. now am looking at the brew head as the main issue.
@@seanbeharry9319 probably just clogged. There is a filter on the top. Check your pressure valve on the top of the tank too. And if your fill valve probe is broke, and the rank is too full, you won't have enough head space to build steam.
@@gregslair4278 The fill valve seem to work as it reaches fill point and the meter is in the green the solenoid closes.
Did you rvrn read the directions? You certainly didn't follow them
@@jeffs4817 I did, and I did.
I bought two of them while on sale for $29 each. One of my better investments. They work. Forget about the scale. Set it with you caliper. By the way press the button and use only one wrench.
I have two as well, both going strong. I much prefer them over the bigger routers. Easier to handle.
Have you sold it yet?
Oh yeah, sold it long ago.
you need to know the difference between a cylinder and a head
I like the look of the Suzuki. I have the Xpect and that is a great bike for the price. Great bike with free shipping. Mine came the same way and put a few things on.
Beyond Trailer-park Ghetto
The $50 brasilia espresso machine gauge fits these machines with the rectangular face. I'm having an issue where it's healing behind the group head and won't build any pressure too make shots. I think the pump is fucked
You could try some pipe dope on the threads going to the group head. Possible there is a crack in the group head. If the pump is bad, look at espressoparts.com for a replacement. Also, webstaurantstore.com sells the Estella brand now which is the same thing, but parts tend to be a bit cheapr.
The crunching/munching sounds are top tier <3
Gotta keep Fred happy now. He gets his own paper plate dinner at night now (Catfud).
Update on this router? Do you still use it and is everything ok?
Hi. Yup, still have it and still use it. No issue so far.
@@gregslair4278 Thank you very much for your reply. Some folks say it's overheating, and depth control is not very good. Do you have this issue? I am debating between Bauer or Hercules plunge, but that one seems very big to me.
you will have better luck if you keep the suction line that is going to the nozzle on the top side of your wand that is what my instruction say to do, good luck !
Thanks for the tip. Next time I have it out, I'll give that a try.
is it possible that the black hole are black dye use to convert the white ekopel to a gray that were not properly mixed at the factory ?
@@thecarl168 Good theory, but when I mixed it, I never seen any specks. And the tub was white. No clue, but they never got worse and it's still holding up fine. Thanks for watching.
Curious and how long did the thing lasted you?
It's still good. Could probably use a coat of high temp paint, but it's not rusted through anywhere.
Thank you so much. My BBQ aluminum handle broke off and I needed a way to weld the two pieces back, I went and purchased this on 6/27 wish me luck.
Dunno if it'll hold. Try jb weld if that don't work.
Hey Greg still have the van van 200 & Lifan motorcycles. You have not made video of them in a long time.
Only have the KP mini now. I had way too many bikes and never time to ride them. And I need to try a new carb in it.
Run a magnet to recover the baffle screw
I think I did. I doubt I'll ever take it out again thoufh, it's too loud.
Bowel gasket on carb hard as plastic and it leaks, and is corroded bottom bowel. After market carb fine with me as I already thinking different kind of air filter. Do they sell a left side cover gasket? I was thinking of making one but the time to cut one out, eBay? Thanks for your help.
Your welcome. Treatland has all kinds of parts, not sure of the gasket though.
Thanks, i just got through removing rear wheel that the brakes were corroded to the drum and upon removeble pads cam off aluminum part of brakes. I can clean them up and maybe jb weld them back on. Wheel was locked up. Now cleaning left side cover thinking to make new gasket if i find gasket paper long enough. What kind of oil in left side gear box. Oh update; i started it up with premix and i ran it just alittle because no oil in left side gear box. Carbuerator was corroded and now leaks, any luck with carb from e-bay or amazon cheapy ones? They worked great on my weed whackers.
Well you can use 15w-40 in the gearbox. Check out treatland for parts, such as brake pads etc. As for aftermarket carbs, yup, you can get them on ebay if you don't mind not being able to keep the stock airbox. Finding a good stock one is hard. You can always try and carefully take yours apart and clean it thoroughly.
Why do you think the pump goes bad? I took it completely apart, cleaned it, no sighns of any wear. And i did tbis like 4-times and still dont work. Im gonna try what you did with mix in the tank and run it and see if that will make it work. With pump out i attached a drill and ran that and not a spurt. Like i said i try what you did and if that dont work ill use my weed whacker chainsaw mix.
Premix will work just fine, just leave the pump in and block it off. I never took mine apart, but I'm guessing there's orings in it that are bad. See if you can find one on ebay.
You ran it that long without oilmix😳
It had oil in it plus premix in the tank.
I drilled new mounting holes for the shock in the top bracket (moving it higher up and more forward). It dropped the seat height about 1 inch and seemed to make it handle a little better too.
That's a great idea and didn't occur to me.
I noticed you have an 18" chainsaw. You can use this to quickly measure 18" when making 18" cuts; just turn it so it is parallel to the log and note the distance from the end of the log to the end of the bar.
That is an excellent idea. Thank you very much
Dude hurry the hell up, Nobody wants to sit here and watch you take your time talking. People got things to do. “Here’s the Suzuki im working on’ DURP
Hearing protection?
Yes. I have noise canceling headphones I wear when I'm not recording and I wear a mask too.
I adapted my Bosh MR23EVS plunge base to the Milescraft base plate by adding two more screw holes of my own and it works fine. It can also works with the Dewalt plunge base.
Why would you even post such a pathetic video. Your wiring skills suck
I think Dale is right about the feral being missing
Oh yeah, its missing. Just haven't had a chance to get back to that, the oil pump leak and much more.
Enjoyed the video, also that Shinner Bock
Thank you very much. I need to get more, but since I built my kegerator, been drinking my keg stuff.
Do you like this saw?
Yes. It works fine. The laser guide stopped working and I do have a warranty on it, but honestly never used that feature. I like the size since it allows you to cut wider boards.
Great video thank you. Dale sent me.
Thank you. And I'll thank Dale.
Positive battery cable goes on first ground second and the opposite for removal!
What size sand?
I just used play sand. I let it dry out before using.
what happens if i leave the oil injection on the bike and just start using a pre-mix???thanks
It should work fine as long as no oil is in the tank. However, the pump isn't hard to remove, so if you can, just plug the hole.
good video,i do have one, i was wondering if i could put a tubeless tires in it?
Thank you. I'm sure you could, if you can find them.

@@oh_look_bananas Plenty of people can have the knowledge of how to do it or not do it some, without the tools or experience to carry on the task.Fortunately, I know how to do it and have the tools but still would like at times trust someone to do the job properly. My comment was supposed to encourage people to look into my comment to see why I made it. So they could hopefully see the errors that he was making.
Here is the manual with all of the parts shown in diagram. chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/manuals.harborfreight.com/manuals/67000-67999/67090.pdf
If you would put a little effort into a video editor you could eliminate all of those spots where you've wandered off and the viewer is just left staring at his screen. When you 1st went looking for a piece of wood to split in the beginning I thought I had accidentally hit "pause". Like the mod for the wheels, though. I've had one for about a year. Works great. Haven't used it too much, but now the high pressure valve is leaking. I came across a manual for these and it has an exploded schematic with all of the parts numbered. I might get a new seal and try to put it in.
Howdy. A seal should be an easy fix. I keep forgetting to pause the videos when I have to step away. I do use an editor though. Thanks for the input.
I like that you did it in real time to give an idea how long it will take. Thanks for the info!
Thank you.
Damn Honda has front pads and rear drums. I can change pads in 20 mins... took me 4 hours for those 2 "HE-MAN" springs. Cruel bastards
Lol, too funny. Next time get them spring pliers from Harbor Freight. Though you probable won't need to use them for the next 10 years.....
@@gregslair4278 You are SPOT ON- the rear drums I swapped out were from 2012 - got 12 years out of them...
Lol them drums are easy once you know what your doing an have the proper tools takes me about 15-20 minutes a side now
@@BLACKEDOUTVIKThanks buddy...any tips to share or suggestions for tools?
My question is I put a brand new oil pump on mine the only reason why it was puking oil all through the cylinder head following the plug horribly. But I'm still having the same issue. Trying to troubleshoot this anything that you can tell me would be helpful thank you. Its a 77. NC 50
The only time I've seen that is with excessive starting (kicking) without it starting. As far as I know there isn't a way to adjust it, say similar to a yamaha oil pump setup. Run some premix and disconnect the oil tube ad measure how oil it's putting out. When I get a chance I'll look in the express docs I have.
Any way to adjust oil pump to accommodate a 70cc big bore kit
Not that I'm aware. I don't think it matters either, the gas will still be appropriately mixed. You could always remove the oil pump and run premix in it as well.
Great video and so nice to see how nicely you responded to everyone. May the Lord Jesus Christ bless you and your family
Thank you.
