You need to be playing alot more aggressive in Aspers £1/£3 games bro , drop down to £1/£1 till u can crush that for £30/£40 a hour
Enjoy your vlog, enjoyed the 95 hand, think it's just a fold pre but love the 3 barrell bluff, keep up the progress
Appreciate it man 👊🏼
Good luck
I’m guessing you had kk in first hand?
Correct
NIce Vlog!!
More video from Aspers pls. And more longer...
They’re on their way 🫡
@@ProjectPoker meybe I meet you there one day ,I win your 400£ stack🤣🤣🤣🤣
🤣🤣 Maybe i win yours 😉
@@ProjectPoker we see 😅🤭🤭🤭😏
Focus on value not bluffing
Yes agree, but gotta learn bluffing too
Enjoyed it: )
You are terrible
Ayyy I finally made the vlog. Not sure if you remember, I turned up very drunk at the end of your second session…
Everyone do mistakes, sometimes we have that split of second decision that is not aways good but overall you are ok, if you are playing for the bankroll maybe try to be a bit more tight choose premium hands and follow trough with double barrel, I don’t recommend bluffing unless your 100% certain is gonna work, poker players today have a tendency to check raise with bottom pair I’ve seen too many times specially on Aspers
I appreciate that 👊🏼
@@ProjectPoker I just won a tournament last Saturday on the empire casino, 62 entered I did exactly that 👊🏻
play like a p, raise to £75 🤣🤣
Session 2 was a slightly different person
No offence intended because you are getting better, but how are we on Vlog 36 and you’re still not following through on bluffs nor betting big enough with value. A lot of the time it feels like you’re absolutely terrified of the prospect of losing money - maybe it’s a BRM issue?
I think it’s just a process in trusting my reads mate
He's capped, we block, we're behind. But raise?
What’s confusing?
@@fiachragallagher1337forgive me if I'm wrong here, I've been out the game for a while. 4 handed, ranges going to be much wider SB raises Hero 3B One usually has a strong range when flatting oop, so SB has a strong ranger than hero's already wide range. So this assumes SB has range advantage, but Hero says he's range betting. Range betting only applicable if you have range advantage. Not quite the same concept as a c-bet. So is Hero range betting or c betting here? Does he understand the distinction. Moving on SB checks - standard line, doesn't really give away much SB donks - weird line, but at this point you say he's capped. If villains range is strong, he doesn't always bet. If his range is weak, he wouldn't bet either he'd check fold/call. Of those two, villain betting is most likely repping a strong hand, and if he knows you range bet, he's betting for value if he recognises your failed c bet . So if you assume the line above, his range would be capped all the way to the top, making it a redundant concept. What combos does KT block on this board,? KQ, AT, KT, QT? But wait, you said he's capped. But also ahead. And if you take the logic above, the only time he's capped and we're behind is if he's strong. So we limit the hands above that beat us in combos, but he's unlikely to have the combos that we beat. So assuming he's strong (called a 3 bet, bet OOT, capped but ahead) you think you're making KQ/AT and better fold? If the river isn't a T, wtf is Hero going to do here?
Hey first to like
Bruh folded too 100 when Yu had 3 in dukbass
At these stakes KK is either drawing to two outs, or only has circa 60% equity. I’m folding this to a 2x pot size bet. Live to win another hand.
I don’t hate a fold, i really don’t. Maybe it was a mistake to go for it there. At least tho we witnessed that some rec players will do these bets for “protection” too! Allowing us to value catch sometimes, admittedly that wasn’t in my thought process so much at the time but perhaps something to take note of for future
Fold at the end was a massive mistake. Back door straight draw and the diamonds…
Yeah overly nitty fold i thought in hindsight
You got a full house wym quads
U sure?
Twist; High Jack has 89 spades for the nuts
Quality 🤣
U got 5 more than i would have on the river
Never skip a PP video 🐐
Guy w a9 such a nit tanking w v strong 2 pair and nut blocker #nit
Folding fd was mistake, yes rev implied odds is there but sizing tell is so obvious at 1/2 you can reduce the effect
Yh i do agree
Finally - nice to see you winning a big pot
🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Presentation is very clean old bud.
Cheers mate
More video from aspers ,and make video more longer...🎉🎉🎉
For now I can’t guarantee longer vids mate. But i can guarantee u there is no stopping until we reach vegas✌🏼
You’re so bad at poker. You must be down thousands on these blogs and you’re not improving. Stop
You obviously have live tells because people are folding hands they won't normally fold at these stakes. You had so much timing/sizing tell for KQ hand, villain had nothing.
you can very easily fix these leaks
Interesting. Never considered my own live tells tbf. I guess the fix is just to be consistent and aware your not acting different when got value
100% took way to long to only especially just to c bet 15, easy tell & easy check raise for opponent
@@portugeasBOY exactly villain had nothing
Babe wake up, project poker uploaded
🤣
Put the straddle on if someone is only looking at one card and going all in I beg
First comment, what an honor! Love your videos mate, keep it up🎉
Sometimes you have to have a session like this to let you know where you’re going wrong. Good job man : but you played like my sister and she’s 11 😂
🤣 Yes i was way too passive
What is the minimal cashgame buy-in at aspers?
I think its something like 50£. But you generally want 100 bb or more, or you put yourself at a disadvantage. Imagine flopping the nuts in a multi way pot with only £50 behind to work with, for example
Hard to pull the trigger on big river bluffs sometimes man.
Yhh man. Just gotta trust yourself. It’s a process…
Very poorly played session... awful preflop decisions (opening 76o when UTG is in) and playing very passive post. Definitely one to reflect on.
He might have played really bad in a lot of spots, but I'm pretty sure the person on the other screen of this comment is probably as bad or worse 😅
@@MultiSteven2011 i'm a regular viewer of his channel transitioning into live poker. Winning 15bb/100 online
I agree tbh. Cheers for the constructive criticism
Why do you think an all-in jam is the play here? You say he's capped, but you're not thinking about where he thinks your range is, given board texture and how you played. What do you think he thinks an all-in, overpot jam represents here
As played a big bet can rep top pair or better
@@ProjectPoker but it's such a big overbet. If you have top pair (or better) and you want to get value for your hand, what worse hand is paying you off, that he is repping. If he thinks you think he has a Jx, why would any better hand bet so big and fold all JXs that would call. As played, he doesn't have KK/QQ that would be potentially snapping off.
@@sgddfgfghfgh it's live 1/2. Yes you rep nothing, and they will still fold everything
@@waduhek2568 that doesn't mean it makes sense. Problem is aspers they also call down anything. If you're going to apply concepts of a capped range, you need to start thinking at a higher level otherwise doing stuff like this will eventually get you torn apart.
@@sgddfgfghfgh not really, not many people have balls to call 150% ovb with middle pp at 1/2
first
😯
Are you English?
Next time I will raise at the flop with pair of kings
Oppponent is a recreational player, and so are you 😭
True 🤣
4:59 is not a 3bet FYI
Yep just a raise
GOWAN project pro
Seems like larger raising is isolating the field better. I don't consider myself a live pro(15bb/100 at micro online), but I'm sure you can find a better coach if you had 15 sessions and this is how much improvement you got... can't disclose here but I know some very good live exploits and I can find your leaks or do a hand review with you if you are interested.
Tbh i wouldn’t say my performance in these vlogs do my coach justice. Unfortunately, i’m the type that needs to make the same mistake a few times before it sticks. Slowly but surely, definitely progress being made tho. Always open to learn - you can contact me on projectpokerr@gmail.com
@@ProjectPoker Wrote you an email 👍
Good video mate. I’m based in South London, been learning to play but only playing online, I’d like to start playing live, would you recommend Aspers or somewhere else mate?
Cheers! I don’t think you can go wrong with Aspers, Hippodrome or Empire on the weekend. I haven’t been to the Vick so can’t speak on it. If you drive Aspers has free parking.
There were definitely cleaner rivers than the 5 of clubs*
What s mean if you running twice or if you running one time ?
Basically the turn and river are dealt twice. Each ‘run-out’ is worth 50% of the pot in this case. Only allowed when the pot is bigger than £500 at this casino.
great video man whos your coach
Thanks. I can ask him to reach out to you if interested?
