The bat laying on her shoulder seems to be the only problem here everything else looks really good
Her Bat Is Laying Behind Her Neck Pointing Towards The Pitcher. Her Lead Foot Is Angled Placed Too Far Back Causing Her To Be Unbalanced. Few Mire.
It’s a part of the drill. Using the neck slot. Part of this drill is coiling the upper body as they move forward. I use the knob of the bat for a reference point. As she moves out the knob should point to the catch or plate umpire.

@@peterrudy766 I’m her hitting coach lol! This drill helps teach balance. That’s why I call it slow knee lift. She’s got to be in control of the knee lift and the forward move.
