@@IamFromTennessee Sure, the town is in a mismanagement mess, from the water treatment to the cops. They can't deliver clean potable water. Hence why you have to get bulk water from the town hall. Seems there are, where unelected people running their own little fiefdom and felt they where unaccountable to anyone.

I’m surprised it’s not more. TN is an attractive state in which to live and anything outside the city of Nashville is a plus, especially if you have school age children. Nashville schools have been substandard since before my child graduated from a private school in the 90’s.
It's a great property. IN a good location. A little paint and some new floors would go along way.
It's a nice place but it's not worth $640k dollars. That's just ridiculous. Sorry.

The moment I knew this guy was really full of it was the Bible story. Come on man. The stuff people will say to get on tv. John's wife was probably poisoning him slowly and he had a stroke and died. They blamed it on all the creepy stuff. Funny how it all stopped once he was dead.

Those trash dumps are all over the southeast US. Up north trash trucks pick up trash once a week even out in the rural areas. It's one of those weird things about the South.
