Hi, my name is Dylan and I am 12 years old and play trumpet. I started to learn to play trumpet with my Dad when I was in 2nd grade. In 2023, as a 6th grader, I auditioned to be in the CJMEA Band, a regional band in Central New Jersey for 6-8th graders. Out of close to 100 trumpet players who auditioned I was accepted as the 1st Trumpet in the Symphonic Band. I enjoy learning and playing new songs and making videos and like to play out at events for the holidays and at Talent Shows. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoy my videos.

I auditioned for the CJMEA again this year and made the Wind Ensemble. The 3 part audition consisted of this solo, plus scales, and sight reading. I can't wait to see what songs we will be playing in the concert on March 3rd!
