Easier and cheaper ways to do this... 1.Use frequency shifter in ableton. 2. Make a pitch bend macro in massive. 3.Use MIDI pitch bend.

It reminds me of the track called "The Blastaz from Barely Alive" As for the tutorials, could you do a basic tutorial or give us some ideas, how to make filler basses like the ones Apashe are using? Not really a growl man, its like a wow bass, I was hoping to findthat crazy fuckin breaaughhh but honestly i think thats in massive. Good work, but try using a different wavetable and fm to get a closer sound.

DropDead Official When BA were using those kind of basses I'm pretty sure Serum wasn't released. Maybe here they used Serum for this song, but it's just as easy making this bass in massive, and this is coming from a Serum addict :D
if anything FM8 sounds like a more reasonable option than massive, that bass is just too modular to sound like massive if that makes any sense.
+DropDead Official The modulation is caused by the filtering. basically any synth with a ssquare wave and a bandpass filter could achieve that
add a little bit of noise and post processing and you"ll get it
Really nice tutorial! I made the patch in massive and then imported it as a table in serum :D
I think the reason you didn't get it perfect was because of the mix-down and some processing towards the sound. Other than that, it sounds pretty close. Nice job. ;)
