This is my 2nd time after they renovated one yr plus ago. Revisiting, and their arrangement, food and varieties are still that much. Jogoya should be the biggest buffet spread restaurant given the price at RM 180 for lunch on weekday. I didn't know about this place until I dine it, it's so new to me all together. From ambience to exterior to interior decor, I felt so relax. Food serving wise was fast. I really enjoyed their menu options, but price is on the high side. Food portions are suitable for sharing. Enjoyable experience if you're looking for a place to have a get-together with friends for lunch/dinner.

Yes, Ive booked through their website. I think once in a while there will be promotional dates randomly hidden in their calendar for booking like Air Asia. =)

Hi, Its standard double room. This type of room is located in the front and also at back of the main building (Floor 1-4). They gave me a front facing room on the 1st floor. Wish you happy holidays!!

The hotel to Staubbachfall view is quite a distance away. When I was there at the hotel, I couldn't see it. Have to walk out to the street, then I can see them. Have fun explorating! 👍

Hello 👋. I assume you are asking for snorkeling gears (mask and life jacket). Yes, you need to rent, its RM30, (you may playback to the hotel staff's briefing at 7.22 minute of this video). You can bring those gears back to your hotel room and use them tomorrow again and again before returning for good. So its one off. For diving, Im not too sure (but it should be excluded too). Hope it helps and enjoy your trip!

Been there few times recently and in different types of different rooms, all had drainage blocks in the sinks with water retention and unsightly stuff some with smell. These may not happen to all 7531 rooms in FWH, but these unpleasant stuffs must be covered in all vlog on the subject matter as your health may be at stake. What you see may not be what you get. Organisations too big to fail are not shameful on their misdeeds and the average Joes paid with more than money. Lets make improvement for the good of all, instead of blind praises especially when you get free stay from Big Brother!!

Hi, May I know: 1.Time ferry depart 2. Is it wheelchair friendly?
Hi There..For Laguna Hotel's Ferry, there are only 2 schedule per day. One is at 9.30am and another is at 12noon. Most visitor takes 9.30am because it takes 2hours to reach the island.. (If you are looking for other hotel's ferry, sorry im not sure). Yes, I saw there are slopes for wheelchair in TTI. You can inform the ferry operator earlier. They are very helpful and will arrange for you, just the wheelchair person and one helper to be in front of the queue. Hope this helps your journey!🤩
