Is it diverse and safe there?
Green Valley is mostly a 55+ community and is safe especially compared to places likeTuscon.

Yes there are rentals in Green Valley. The taxes in Green Valley are about 20% less then the surrounding communities like Sahuarita because Green Valley don’t pay for the schools. The properties are taxed at 0.8% of the homes value. GV offers many golf courses.
