God wants us to do nothing but being obedient. We can do all good tithing, help others, go to church, pray, fast but obedience to Him is foolish.

Psalm 112:1 Praise the LORD! Blessed is the man who fears the LORD, who greatly delights in his commandments! many don’t get that fear of God brings obedience to Him

1 John 5:3 - For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments. And his commandments are not burdensome. I think we are always feeling like it is too difficult to be obedient to God.

Yup now I cringe whenever I overhear a secular song playing in public because I understand the spiritual knowledge behind it

when i first decided to to stop listening to secular music in 2022, i was worried i would have a really short playlist. Boy was i wrong. i started with jonathan McReynolds and by time i realised i have a gospel song for every mood. start somewhere and God will help you find songs that brings you closer to him.

The origin of some holidays may have some pagan connection but these holidays like Easter and Christmas are centered around Jesus. I will always celebrate Jesus
