Hunting two GIANT Florida Everglades Alligators!
Watch till the end to see what happens! This is how we caught and killed two GIANT Alligators in the South Florida Everglades. Every year there is a lottery system in place by FWC to remove a certain amount of Gators out of certain areas based on management and waterway control. It is a very strict process and each hunter that pulls a permit is allowed to gators out of the specified area granted. Big thanks to all my boys who came and helped out with the hunt as it is a team effort and cannot be done alone.

Missing a lot of line
Next time you fillet a big bull dolphin like that. Make sure you get the huge chunk of meat on the head. There were nice size chunks of meat left on both sides of his head. Nice haul. Stud Dolphin
I typically get the meat out of the head on the Bulls, I wasn't on the knife for this one. Hopefully we can get on the Mahi this summer down here in South Florida! Thanks for the comment!

Damn...Dude, I Would Take Those Carcasses, and Cut Them Up, Put Them in a Pressure Cooker, and Make Some Bomb Fish Stock. Damn...So Healthy..! After Cooked for an Hour, Take Bones Out, Put in Rice and Veggies, Hot Sauce, Spices, and Cook Again. Dude, That Would be So Healthy...
We actually did that with Mutton Snapper after my Mutton snapper video! Getting better at this whole filming process, so definitely will be making a video on that soon!
