He punished a couple of subtle errors very well. Good fight Robert.

Andreikin had been in a slump before this game. His live rating had gone down quite a bit because he gave up so many draws in the Serbian league and he lost a game to Jergus Pechac.

It would be weird of Fabi got all his opponents to have breakdowns, and completed the tournament with a score of all byes.

You're all class Robert; unlike so many of these wannabees making content half as good and sadly much more liked. All the best for your subsequent games.

A nice example of full-board play. Alekhine would surely be proud to play a game like that. P.S. I find annotations made by one of the players to be more instructive. Hope to see more games of yours on this channel, even when you are not playing in a tournament. You surelly played hundreds of instructive games like that. Top games from recent tournaments are being featured on numerous chess channels, but if you don't feature your own games on this channel, nobody will.

Thanks for the recap. It’s an amazing privilege to play over the board against a 2700+ player - can’t really expect too much of yourself there. It’s funny how your pawn stayed on A5 to the end of the game, when it was the A4 move that may have given you some chances.
