High Impedance gründeten sich 2022 aus mehreren banderfahrenen Musiker*innen.
Aus Einflüssen ihrer musikalischen Sozialisation durch Gitarrenmusik der 90er, Punkrock, Grunge und Metal entstand Ende 2023 das erste Album „PSYCHOANALYSIS AND ASTEROIDS“. Die Songs handeln von emotionalen Themen zwischen Weltschmerz, Liebe und Asteroideneinschlägen.
High Impedance spielen in einem klassischen Line-up bestehend aus Drums, Bass, Gitarre und Gesang. Live geht es laut und krachig zur Sache, nachdenkliche und stillere Töne bilden dazu einen eingängigen Gegenpol.
