    Thank you for this! I am just learning about candle making. I bought 3 Christmas 🎄 molds like what you have and I could not figure out how to get the wick in. 😊

      I found that wick threader, but am I able to thread the already cut wicks into the eye. Do I need to just buy the roll of wick like yours? The only ones I have are the pre cut wicks that have the metal discs attached. Thanks for your response!

    • @TheFloralBeeGarden
      @TheFloralBeeGarden 3 дня назад

      @@primitivedaisy I haven't tried it on those wicks. I bought the wicks at a Candle Supply store in Toronto, Canada. They have a sizing guide for wick sizing to the candle size. You could try to use it, let me know if it works.

    Very Beautiful. I have Pine Cones from the Eastern part of USA that are about 10-12 inches high and 8 inches across the bottom they are HUGE. I spread Peanut butter into the spaces on the pine cone and then sprinkle with bird seed and hang out for the birds and animals to eat. I was thinking are you worried that hanging them outside that birds may pick at the cones and ingest glass?

    • @TheFloralBeeGarden
      @TheFloralBeeGarden 7 дней назад

      These decorations are not meant to be outside. They are for the Christmas tree inside. I would never hang them outside but the pinecones you make would be great for the birds! :)

    I use an awl to make a hole first so the screw goes in easily. Then after I apply the glitter glass I spray two coats of a firm hairspray to ensure any loose fragments of glass remain adhered. It doesn't effect the sparkle.

      @TheFloralBeeGarden 12 дней назад

      I can't imagine using these for a family, with children helping to put these on a tree. Somehow those tiny shards of glass are going to be everywhere, just waiting for fingers. Excellent suggestion of spraying the item with a sealer, though.

    • @minimaker5600
      @minimaker5600 11 дней назад

      And how about pets? I have a cat and I know these glass bits would end up in his fur, and hurt him when he grooms himself. I'll stick to regular glitter.

    Интересная идея,выполнить это именно с веймутовыми шишками,но для лучшего результата!!-нужно было их частями прокрутить в микроволновке по 30секунд,наблюдая, чтобы не сгорели!! а аккуратно и тщательно покрылись,собственной же смолой,как лаком,тем самым укрепляясь,и становясь более красивыми,блестящими, гладким!! Вынять,остудить,они станут крепкими,тогда уже можно декорировать!! Всё будет тогда ещё намного лучше!!:)) Попробуйте!!

    What you can do if your able to come to the bee yard again soon the brood will hatch in a few days if it’s capped you can leave the frames that have brood and take your honey they will hatch and you can come back and take the box With the few frames off they won’t have time to make a mess in the box
