1 year ago this was made, then nothing. I miss your videos, and I do hope all is great for you, maybe you moved where you can't have alot of plants, maybe you're in college, maybe you got a side hobby in raising hamsters, or hammerhead worms (don't raise those, they'll eat your good earth worms) but what ever it is, you do you, and keep that wonderful smile. I do hope we see you soon... keep in mind while we love the plant stuff, I know I'd be interested in anything you wanted to do a discourse on. The definition of the word UP would be interesting. As one person's up is another's down, especially in a house with stairs. ♥♥ Love and hugs!

Tip: go for a walk/drive in your area with some scissors and look for plants you find pretty, as long as they aren’t in someone else’s garden, cut some off and propagate it at home, they’ll be easier to grow because they already grow fine in your climate, and they’re free!

There's little difference in price between a regular down light like a PAR30 and one advertised as a grow lamp because everyone is doing it. As for specifically designed grow lamps, absolutely they exist, and they work well. The addition of far IR and UV that simply do not exist in the residential lighting market and quality drivers that ensure the proper wavelengths are emitted as current is key. Even the diffusers on regular lights make them inefficient at directing energy where it's needed leading to wastage and excessive energy bills that easily negate any savings in short order! It seems you know little of LED tech and how it works.
