I would love to sell Upa first. If Tah comes I would be happy but if we fail to sign him I would to bring Antonio Silva from Benfica very young but fantastic CB with lots of potential.

If Bayern sell upa and replacement him with 28 years old Tah it would be a bad business. A decent upa is better than Tah at he’s best.

Of course it’s fair to hold Upamecano for the countless blunders he’s made time and again. It’s the very definition of fair actually. He should’ve been sold last Summer realistically.

Sell him now, even if we have to accept 15-20mil LESS than what we would like to get for him. And get in a younger CB with high potential to groom over next few seasons, OR, get in a veteran CB that isn't looking for 100% minutes each game. We have 3 CB & we realistically need a 4th choice/backup CB to add depth. So lose Upa asap, he's WAY too mistake prone, ESPECIALLY IN BIG MATCHES. So he's def no reliable CB & cannot be counted on when you need a result. SELL SELL SELL..

i was very happy when he came and thought we got our future boateng, but he just keeps messing up time and time again. There comes a point where you ask yourself when is it enough? He has costed us in those City games, silly mistakes during bundesliga games and he lacks confidence overall. Kompany Burnley’s team got regulated because it was filled with division 2 players. There will be maybe 2 players from that squad that have a chance to stay in the Premier League. So ppl are being disingenuous when they say he playing regulated football. When his Burnley team played in the Championship they walked through their competition with ease. That was Kompany’s first year as a gaffer.

We can go for him and play him as a CAM. With france he performs well in that position. Then we can move Musiala to his best position on the LW and yeah thats how we solve on winger problem. So basically we get a CAM which is great at passing shooting which musiala isnt good at crossing. And we have a winger in musiala who is very dangerous cutting inside dribbling amd finishing

Zirkzee didn't "get away" from us. He scored a few important goals in one season, but never showed any spectacular talent or skills. I haven't followed him where he went so I am not sure how good he is now or whether it makes sense to sign him again. But I would not comment or take seriously everything you see on certain channels.

My thoughts: This should not be a "block" to get a new LB just because of Phonzy. Get a Theo or a Maatsen, and let them earn that LB spot. Try to figure where Phonzy would play better for us, either LW or LB. If he does not perform, bench him. Phonzy is gone either way anyway. If he does not extend by January, I would bench him for the rest of the season. If there's one thing more important than winning, that would be to keep our culture of elite players who actually fight for the badge. Winning would follow suit, I'm sure.

On a serious note though if he stays then fine but he has to be performing then and if he wants to go then just get rid of the man cuz I am sick and tired of waiting.
