That is part of why I am doing this channel. Most of the other channels doing similar things don't actually READ the stories. They use a text-to-speech bot, and it just doesn't feel right. My hope is to introduce people to both authors and stories they may have forgotten or never heard of before!!

@@GrislyDetails Was a pleasure mate thank you. Got introduced along with millions of gamers to H.P Lovecraft through the game Bloodborne on PS4. The game director is a Japanese man called Hidetaka Miyazaki who is a loved and highly respected in the gaming community as he does not follow the current souless, over monetised, corporate cancer that has become modern gaming. He is also a hugh Fan of H.P and created a game that is widely recognised as his magnum opus, from the Lovecraftian themes created in his game world.

I have not had the pleasure of playing that game. I will add it to the ever-growing list of things to do when I'm not working on stories here! LOL Thanks again!!

Thank you! I ran across this tale when I first started my channel and loved how it read as the guy quoting the demon. As for the visuals, thank you again! Sometimes it is EXTREMELY difficult for me to find an adequate representation of what I'M seeing when reading the stories. This one came through a lot easier than I thought it would when first setting out to read it.

You and me both, brother! I have some stories planned for this month, and several for after the first of the year, that I hope will help to set things off. My version of THE LEGEND OF SLEEPY HOLLOW is over 1600 views, and I'm ecstatic about that!! I just hope that what I have planned for the future does even half as well!!! And thank you for the praise!! I've been a fan of Lovecraft's imagination for years, but his writing always sat uncomfortably with me. The fact that a sentence for him was a paragraph long definitely contributed to my unease. It has only been since I started doing these audio reads, and HEARING his prose, and feeling his delivery, that I have truly come to appreciate his writing ability.

Exactly. Mostly, things have been "hit or miss" on my channel. Some stories getting very little hits, and other getting over 50 in two days. I'm going to keep posting because I love doing this stuff. Hopefully, people will catch on :)
