Are the four low tie in points all that are required for safe hauling of these machines? Nothing up top? Seems a top heavy machine like these would require some sort of over the top strap? What size straps and at what weight rating is recommended to meet minimum standards? Can chains and chain binders be used instead of straps? Should these lifts only be hauled basket towards the back of the trailer or towards the hitch? Thanks for any answer.
