The dilemma I’m in, as someone that has never had a dash cam and now is in the market to get one, and have been told to go with the Viofo from several people, is the parking mode. I really don’t want to hardwire anything in, and although my ZR2 has ports and an electrical socket, was told that you can’t have parking mode, without hardwiring. So for me, it’s either hardwire in order to get parking mode, or not hardwire, and only have coverage when the truck is turned on. If I choose to not hardwire, does the A329 have plug and play into the normal port?

Hi. I’ve got a Mercedes B180 2018 fitted with NTG5*1 system. CarPlay is available in the phone carousel along with the android option but when I plug into the USB2 port I get nothing. My phone is correctly set up and my cable is original and I proved they work because I have set it up in my friends 2018 c class with same system. Any ideas how I can get it to work. It’s seriously pis*ing me off!

@@markianson621 Thanks, thats the one I am looking at. How is it? Is it quite responsive or laggy? Oh and is there a way to install it full wired without having usb wires sticking out of your car.
