city me rehne wale ne criteria fix kiya ki ghar kitne sq feet ka hona chahye wrna gaaon ka aadmi janta hai ki gaaon k ghar size me bade hote hain aur uspe 99% gharon ko teen dalla hota hai jo sq feet ki calculation ko cross kr jata hai.... islye ews ka criteria amend hona chahye.

Sir..In Oct,2024 ...If I'm applying for EWS certificate valid for the year 2024-25, I know that family should have income less than 8L in FY 2023-24. Regarding 100 sq.yds plot.. To become eligible..Should a family own <100 sq.yds in the FY23-24 Or at the time of application for ews?

I need answer am I eligible?we have total 17 malara's land where our house is made. The property of 17 Malara,s is not registered on my father's name.in simple it has no docoments, so i have no registered land.now if i apply for ews will they come for checking the size of residential flat etc etc? . According to me they should not come becoz I have no registered land.if anybody replies I will be thankful to him.
