I ordered this liqueur by mistake at a Trastevere bar. (I was actually asking for the restroom, but they misunderstood me!) I decided to try it. The first taste was awful, but I went ahead and took another sip. By the time I got to the end, I was draining the last drops out of the glass, and wishing there were a bit more. It is absolutely a great digestive. As soon as I can find it here in the U.S., I'm going to buy a bottle.

One more suggestion, it's very helpful to your audience if you would call out which specific bottles you're using and why. For the Navy strength rum, looks like you've got the Denizens Vatted Dark... I happened to recognize the bottle, and that inspired me to make this since I haven't used that in anything yet. But a lot of people will get confused by something like "Navy strength rum". You know, rum categories being absolutely fucking insane and all 😂 So it's good to give some guidance, for someone who's staring at the shelf unsure whether to grab Smith and Cross or Pussers (because they both say Navy on the label). It's also always a great idea to give people two or three different options in case they don't have or can't find the specific bottle that you recommend. And give an idea what that might do to the cocktail. Just some thoughts.

Nice recipe. Suggestion: you've got to put the recipe in the description or else at least put a recipe card at the end of the video. Otherwise it's really hard to follow along and make something since I've gotta keep pausing and unpausing the video... Also makes it really easy to make a mistake

How can you possibly turn a bar around in several days ! Making drinks is a skill,a trade,an occupation,something that's learned over a period of time. In practically all of his shows,the 'bartenders' have little or no previous training by professionals,never attended bartending school and many aren't suited or have a knack for making drinks,pouring correctly and remembering all the ingrediants for the many kinds of beverages.I find it hard to believe these people can learn so much in so little time and be so good at it !

Agave is better than simple for a margarita. Cointreau is better than triple sec, you never put ice in before all your liquid ingredients and you always double strain with a fine strainer after shaking as to not over dilute with ice crystals. Pretty pedestrian tutorial here.
