Right now I have a complete Yume Nikki walkthrough, but check back often because I plan on documenting everything I can.
Yume Nikki - Madotsuki's Ghost
The closet that warps you to the area, like the beds, has a predetermined variable, which is the reason why it worked for me when I stabbed the girl and THEN tried again. So if you can't get in, try stabbing her first.
This area is NOT the same as the other red maze. All it has is other closets that will either warp you around or take you back out, and the Ghost. The Ghost is uninteractible in any way.

The Witch effect has a fun, though meaningless effect that is demonstrated in the video. When you go into the elevator door, be SURE to take the lower escalator, or else you will have to start over. On the roof, simply get on the broom by pressing the 1 key as the Witch, and you can fly right off the edge, triggering the scene. The first thing you need is yen. As you can see in the video, yen can be obtained by killing creatures with the Knife. Each kill can randomly get you 100 yen. A soda from the machine costs 100 yen, and if you look in the menu, you will gain a heart for each soda you get. I have not noticed any changes to the window scheme, and hearts do nothing as far as I know.

For starters, the directions here is exactly the same as the way to the Flute (this is the room right before it). Speaking to the girl behind the counter will change your menu into three things. Either the default menu, the red one with red text, or the one with the solid background. Just keep talking to her until you get the desired menu.

This is it, the end of the game. All you need to do is go into the room shown, and drop all of your effects (use the 5 key). After that, the stairs will appear, and you can enjoy this short, creepy ending.

What I do in the dark room is look for the graphic on the floor, then go right from there. When you get to the open scrolling area in the desert, simply go left from the big vine that I do, then from there, note the little vine I look for and go down from.

This one is rather simple, but requires some navigation. To reach the blue area, just follow the same path as in the alternate Frog video (left from the door, and up from the face in the bicycle room). Once in that area, it's all the way to the bottom left.

This is one of the longer and harder effects to get. In the checkered area, be careful of the enemy in here, she may not be the easiest thing to avoid. Note that the path I take in the red maze is EXACT directions, so try to follow them exactly. When you reach the train, you have to sit down and wait 8 seconds or more.
