California Trimmer Frame Repair
California Trimmer reel lawn mower broken frame repair using 45% silver to reconnect a part of the frame which cracked. I like using silver because it is cleaner, less smoke and just easier to set up, clean and weld together. Hope you enjoy this video.

Evolve BAMBOO GTX NIGHT RIDE STROBED OUT
Просмотров 4Год назад
Evolve Bamboo GTX night ride down the hill, don’t watch if flashing lights will give an epileptic fit, it’s a doozy. Even while I was shredding the hill it got me a little dizzy but it was fun. Listen to the tires hanging on for dear life in the turns. Night rides are a little challenging when zigzagging narrow streets. Enjoy.

How to Pressure Bleed Brakes 1968 Volkswagen Bug or most cars

DRC Dons Repair Channel, today I replaced the brake master cylinder on my 1968 Volkswagen Beetle and all the rubber hoses just to make sure it would not start leaking after I put it all back together. The gas tank is not fun to take back out. Siphoning out the gas , moving the tank out of the way. . . While you have the tank out it would be a good time to replace the gas lines and filter if the...

Propel Endeavor Pro motor end bushing replacement procedure. I picked up some new grey bushings for my board for some loose turning capabilities. The stock black bushings are too hard for 165# riders. I do not want to take my board apart so I modified the brand new bushing so I would not have to take the board apart. Here’s how I did it. Enjoy.

This is Don from DRC Dons Riding channel and here is a video for the lighting on my new Propel Endeavor PRO. I use Shred Lights on my boards because I can move them from board to board and I use one for my helmet for the night rides. I fabricated the rear bracket for the tail light / Go Pro mount. I made a cardboard template of the light bracket that fits front or rear lighting. It works great!

DRC’s Propel Endeavor PRO steering hack. I weigh 165 lbs, a refrigeration mechanic by trade and I wanted tighter steering on my new Endeavor PRO. How did you( test ) to determine the valve wasn’t functioning as designed?

    • @DRCProductions
      @DRCProductions Год назад

      Verify valve is opening and closing to valve set points. See chart and verify. If it is working the there is a different problem occurring. Put a thermocouple where the valve sensing bulb is located, It’s nice to have Bluetooth sensors so you can run graphs.

      I spoke with Copeland and they they said depending on my compressor, it can be the 193degree or 256degree ( I believe) it’s stamped on the side of the valve body… it does have a SOV upstream so that it only get liquid when the contactor is pulled in.

    Is there such a thing as a quick TXV test without opening the system?

    • @DRCProductions
      @DRCProductions Год назад

      Use your your senses first Vision, is there frost on the pipe leaving the TXV? Touch, feel the valve for temperature differential. Hearing, listen - is the valve whistling, low charge? Smell, can you smell refrigerant? Senses will get the obvious and use meters and gauges for verifying your god given senses. Cheers!

    When you clean Txv valve does need to vacuum suction line or either shout down unit and clean txv valve and put back together and turn unit back on ?

    • @DRCProductions
      @DRCProductions 2 года назад

      Low temp you usually need to pull a vacuum. Any time you open up a system you should pull vacuum, this particular case had valves in the case so it was a quick evacuation. I cannot say that I have never done a quick purge and merge DRC method of reassembly of the valve. Sometimes valves are not holding somewhere in the system and there is always a slight positive pressure blowing by the valve during disassembly which I consider no air introduction into the system. Hence purge and merge. Always take into consideration of existing conditions.

      Apparently the Endeavor one came with these plates as part of the old light set up. Propel doesn’t advertise on their site anymore since they have a new version of front lights but you can still email them and they will sell it to you $19 each and they will fit the Endeavor 2. Once you have these plates then you can buy the 45 angle plates from shred lights to attach.

    Just curious, does the power button wiring go through a hole in the rear bushing on your board? I did this drilling mod to my board, but couldn't remove the rear because of the wires. Didn't want to remove the deck and my fresh grip tape.

    • @DRCProductions
      @DRCProductions 2 года назад

      Yes it does go through the bushing. I removed the bolts from the bushing and wiggled it too get enough slack to tip the bushing for drilling. Take your time and slowly rock it back and forth until you are able to tip the bushing for drilling it out. 👍

      Definitely made a huge difference, no doubt. It’s physics, less material, less resistance. Drill 10 holes, 5 on each of the “V” side. It’s not drastic, it’s balanced. Ride and adjust, ride and adjust, ride and adjust, just tuning the ride.

The intention was for secondary glycol loops in supermarkets, but I think they have some other great uses as well. As with their EXVs, the valves are affordable but the controllers are expensive.

    • @DRCProductions
      @DRCProductions 2 года назад

      The compressor label on the top was brown from over heating. It was running but bypassing discharge gas internally. it was very hot and the valve was not feeding. Years of experience has taught me to use my free tools. Sight, smell, feel and hearing. Changed the compressor and valve then tested the valve which began to feed after I restated the compressor, when in doubt change it out.

    • @donalddperez
      @donalddperez 3 года назад

      Ebrahim Tirgardoun the compressor was overheated and fried. While the compressor was running, it was hot and the injection valve was not feeding. Put a thermocouple on the outlet of the valve and one on the top of the compressor. It’s supposed to open when it gets hot. Don’t know the exact specifications but you’ll see the valve temperature out drop when it feeds and cools the compressor. Simulate a hot compressor by covering part of the condenser. Thanks for the question 🤙
