My first procedure was a f.u.t hair transplant & my second hair transplant was an f.u.e. I think your hair transplant looks really good.
Excuse me luv what exactly did you get? Was it a fue or fut hair transplant? It looks very good!
👍🏾
Did your results ever get better? Did it ever fill in completely?
No, it’s not going to.
I like the look fr. Fit you.
Thank you❤️
You are adorable with a sweet genuine personality 😊 Thank you for sharing and you look beautiful! 😃
Thank you love!
Hey love! Did you drink alcohol or hookah during your healing process? I keep hearing mixed reviews? I’m almost a month and I want some hookah mainly lol
Yes I drank
My Friend went through same thing . Langivita lies about given her 3000 graft . My Friend has bold parts after one year . The back doesn't grow very thin . Her hair was soo thick before. My friend wish she went to actual Turkish hospital than Langivita. I believe you girl .thanks for the update .
Thank you ❤️
Your braids look nice. I’m in my 8th month. I’m thinking I might need a 2nd HTP. I hope you like your results.
Thanks, you too!
Did u get prp during the year?
No I didn’t
It's Beautiful And All Natural ❤ It 😍
Thanks love ❤️
Honestly all Clinics in Turkey are shit when it comes to doing blk hair. I went to Asli tarcan they over harvested me. It’s these people do not understand blk hair . Go to them at your own risk, but i would not recommend blk ppl going there for hair transplants. And when they mess up they like to pretend like Me no understand english crap.
Big congratulations on your hair and nursing school. I also think they over harvest your hair. This is the main reason why I went to hair transplant in Florida. It’s pricy but totally worth it. I think your hair will keep on growing. Thanks for the video.
Thank you love ❤️
Thank you for sharing your journey sis, even though it didn't go the way you wanted you still look beautiful and i'm glad you regained that confidence ❤️
Thank you love ❤️
The braids are proper ❤
You look beautiful, Sis. For the record, I have the same experience. I was grossly over harvested, I was told I got 3,000 grafts but my dermatologists said I only got a bit over 900. I went to her because IMMEDIATELY upon my return (2 days later) I contacted Longevita and sent pictures showing several large areas of bald spots, including the very front of my hair. These bald spots were very visible and they were telling me that the hair would grow in. Confused, I went to see my dermatologist. Longevita is a RIP OFF. They do not inform people that they are ONLY a BOOKING AGENT. They PRETEND as though they are the ones doing the surgery. I strongly do not recommend. Just so people know, the results vary because Longevita IS ONLY A BOOKING AGENT. They take your money and book with WHOMEVER is available. That means, you could end up at a clinic that does have a history of working on black hair. Hence the varying results. LONGEVITA DOES NOT CARE where you are booked, because either way, they are getting paid, once you book THROUGH them.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It’s sad that our hair in our donor area is so thinned out now. Your comment will help a lot of people on making their decision. I was skeptical about telling others not to go to them. Because they may think just because it happened to me I’m blaming the clinic, I’m also glad to know I’m not tripping.❤️
Looks great! Thank you for sharing this. So many women struggle with this and feel hopeless. This gives hope!!
Np love ❤️
Very nice!
Congrats on reaching the 1 year mark!!!! Was looking forward to an update from you. I'm only circa. 9 months post and already gave in to braids, lol. Your hairline looks awesome. Your hair texture is so pretty (and you're so beautiful naturally as well). Hun, I get you about your hair at the back no longer seeming thick and about there's no point in now having hair in the front if we no longer have enough hair in the back (that's the point I was trying to get across in my videos, but everyone shut me down, saying I should just be grateful I finally have edges....). I'm sure I got more grafts that you (as I got MANY), and when I put my fingers on my scalp in my donor area it feels like the scalp there is bald- like how my edges used to feel before my transplant- bald. I've also had a friend who had a transplant mention the same thing about her own donor area and she had fewer grafts removed- she said maybe that's just how the scalp feels back there after a transplant- like it's inevitable regardless of how many grafts they took. I take comfort in what she says, but who knows if it's true. We just have to stop worrying about it as you said, but I really hope my hair doesn't look thin when it's blowdried and flatironed out... Yes, the line that you're talking about where there is no hair is concerning and disappointing on Longevita's part. There's also another lady on tiktok who isn't pleased about her results from Longevita and they suggested a second transplant- getting a second is an emotional and physical rollercoaster and so risky. They should just do things right the first time. You're lucky you can cover the line with the newly implanted hairs though- thank God for that. Thanks taking the time to update us. Please do share your 18 month update next year xx
Thank you so much love. You have been so sweet and kind through out the whole process. Yes, it is sad feeling your hair like that in the back. Especially when you know you might need another hair transplant. It was so hard not to give in to braids especially when that’s what we grew up on. I feel Longevita did a rush job so you either got good results or you really didn’t. But I hope your results are beautiful love. I’m going to have to check out your progress❤️

Hi, when will you be doing another update?
I’ll be posting soon
@@semerrianicole4037👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 looks great
They they the spots fill in? And who was your doctor who did your procedure?
No, I’m going to upload an update.
If they said it’s not worth it for the transportation how did you get from the airport? Did you take public transportation
They picked me up
They don’t even wash your hair no more at the check up .
I got mines on the 10th .
At 8 months and my results look similar to yours. I just hate that my skin looks lighter around the hairline and the tiny bumps
Im at 10 now and I definitely need to post an update. But it will get better I am enjoying my results❤
Thats amazing! I'm so happy for you its been a long journey ❤ @@semerrianicole4037
Hey sis. Had my first transplant with Dr. Diep (San Jose, California) back in 2021 and developed these tiny bumps everywhere. I went in for a second procedure in Belgium with Dr. Mwamba because I wasn’t satisfied with Diep (felt rushed and the results were sparse in some areas). Mwamba is a renowned HT surgeon with excellent bedside manner. He prescribes “strataderm gel” to his black patients to prevent/remove these tiny bumps. Look into it, the sooner you start the better. All the best!
@@melanatedthinking hey love! Thats crazy because I was supposed to go to Dr. Diep & I even paid $1,000 deposit but I didn't go through with it because it was so expensive. I ended up going to Turkey. My hair transplant looks good but the hairline is too round and looks unnatural. I also have the little bumps. I would consider going to Mwamba but I would have to save up for that I guess. Was he more expensive than Dr Diep? and was it worth it?
Hi did you sleep with a hair scarf?
No I didn’t sleep with anything
Thanks for sharing ❤ 🙏🏽
Np love ❤️

Do you have to take the medications?
No
Do you have to shave all the hair off?
No but they will have to shave your donor area in order to extract the grafts so you might aswell just cut it all
I’m trying to understand why you wanted a hair transplant
Would this transplant work on follicles that are dead? I also have a relaxer would I have to cut the relaxer out of my hair?
They take the hair from the back of your head. I’m not sure I didn’t have a perm.
@@semerrianicole4037 the hair in the front of head is completely gone it’s BALD, dermatologist said the follicles are dead they are gone and nothing can regrow it, but the back of head the hair grows long and I use it to cover the front, would a transplant work for me? it’s been this way for over 20 years😢
@@lovelite6737I just came back from Turkey 3 weeks ago and they said I would need two procedures to get the results I want. I had bald areas in crown, front and sides. My crown was done first. They said come back for the sides/front.
@@lovelite6737 also I’ve never been to dermatologist so I am only guessing my follicles were dead since no hair was there for years.
@@GoddessDeeQueen yep I went to dermatologist over 20 years ago they numbed part of my scalp and took a skin graft and sent it off to a lab, results were what they called dead scar tissue, the follicles were completely gone/ dead and they also warned me about spending money promising to regrow the hair, I have been believing God to do something! almost everyday of my life for over 20 years I have suffered and been traumatized! by this hair loss, but I will look more into hair transplant.
Hi beautiful! I also completed my 8 month post-transplant anniversary. Similar to you i also have some sparse areas. I really appreciate you sharing it because i started to feel bad whereas others on youtube dont seem to be having that experience during their 8 months. But im also grateful because before i didnt have much hair. Im hoping it fills in but if not i think it will grow good enough to blend it. Im truly blessed to have experienced this solution. You are right! We still have time to grow. Happy growing and please continue to share your journey! Thank you!
Yesss, lovee I feel the same I’m so glad to hear you say that. Because I feel the same as long as it enough to blend. I hope you the best babes ❤️

I just had my hair transplant done in Istanbul 10 days ago. Thank you for documenting your journey. Your videos helped me prepare for the trip and procedure, especially letting us know where to go to check in at the airport when we’re heading back home.
Your welcome love. So glad the info could help someone else ❤
How everything went?
I think your hair grows slowly because u don't wash it every two days. In my own experience with longevita my hair grow fast . My 4th month I wear my hair out now it's my 6 month my front grows fully no spaces nothing. I still used same shampoo and conditioner hospital recommended and wash my hair every couple of days , maybe that's reason my hair growing faster .
that's good for you ☺
What did you wear in the airport post transplant on your head. Can you wear something to disguise your transplant?
I didn’t wear anything. You shouldn’t
Thanks a mil for sharing. I'm also at 8 months and my progress is pretty much similar to yours. I am getting a bit concerned about the sparse areas but to be fair I still have 8 more months to go to expect max results. I'm also considering a prp, perhaps in a few months from now. Anyhu your updates are really helpful.❤
Yesss hopefully they fill in 🙏🏾
Love your updates and it's getting there- beautiful hair ❤
Thank you love ❤️
Looking good so far. I’m one month post transplant and I’m eager to start seeing growth. SN, did your surgeon say it was okay for you to use oil in less than a year? I got mine done in Cali and based on the aftercare instructions, I was told to stay away from oil for a year. Something about it getting under the scalp and causing the grafts to loosen.
This is interesting. I haven't heard this before, so will be researching this as I don't want my grafts to loosen! Thanks for sharing.
No my surgeon did not I think it was only 3 months.
I got mine done in the state and they encourage using oil after a month

The weather was mild wasn’t that cold at all.
@@semerrianicole4037 thank you. You look amazing!

Your welcome ❤️
FUE seems like robbing Peter to pay Paul. This is why I did FUT with trichophytic closure which means hair grows through the FUT scar. You cannot see my scar except at the very ends. There’s a very thin line that blends into my scalp. I feel like if someone’s does multiple FUE procedures the donor area will become super thin.
Your not wrong💯
