A month not a week
Great addition, wish more health friendly snacks were added and decaf coffee.
I really enjoyed your video.
I am a recent recipient of one of these caddies and I'm sending thanks to all the ladies who donate these to the Rehab Centers like the one I was in. I hope to return the gesture when I am well again and I can use the tips given in this video. Make sure to remember the width of most walkers is no more than a foot. Try not to make them too wide. Thanks.
She got pregnant by married man and had a boyfriend at 15 years old
Woodstock 1969 ... the one and only !
It's interesting that even though Old slow Joe and felon friendly Donald both were here doing these times that neither men managed to pick up how to run a country properly
Whats his last name? I wanna contact him on Instagram to see about making a song together!
Douglas's view of slavery was that as long as the people in a territory or state supported it, slavery should be allowed. This was the idea known as popular sovereignty, which would allow the White people of each state to decide the issue of slavery. Upon Lincoln's election, southern states dominated by Democrats (seceded) from the United States of America and formed the Confederacy. Formed in 1865 as a “secret lodge” by former Confederates in Pulaski, Tennessee, the Invisible Empire or Ku Klux Klan (KKK), violently resisted Reconstruction. Still defending the South, they fought Union Army occupation, Republican governments, and blacks’ freedom. Donning hoods, using secret titles, and Loyal to the Democratic Party, the Klan enlisted men and women from all classes.
Douglas Had No Love For African-Americans, a Man of His Time.
Bethel Woods is a beautiful venue & the museum is great! Hi Sal & Jim 👋🏻👋🏻 Liz S.
That is Stephen Douglas. Resemblance to Danny Devito
Much has been written about Abraham Lincoln’s alleged double mindedness with respect to the slavery issue. One must understand that the formulation of views by the white population concerning blacks was necessarily a process over time and not some slam dunk or knee jerk response………this can be said of personal moral, religious and philosophical views in general. In point of fact, the valor displayed by the 54th Regiment altered Lincoln’s views about blacks greatly…….
************* SIMPLY AMAZING ************** LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!
Wrong face for Douglass
Excellent presentation. Could have been 5 times that long. Too too little time and notice is given to the pre-Rebellion era-and-a-half. Encourage all who love history to read the Alan Nevine series.
I just checked out her sister! She has a really good voice! Good job :)
And now, a century and a half later, teenagers all across the country argue over morals in the names of these two men.
Beautiful voice . And beautifully sung
Listen to the song, Californication and pay attention to the lyrics
This is fake. I was on the moon that day and I didn't see anyone there. You could say that they landed far away from me, but it's the moon. It's literally the size of a dime? I would have seen them. Don't believe me? Go outside and look at the moon. I'll be waving.
Hope full ther is only a faw year left befor we go back
Neil botched his line. “One small step for A man… One giant leap for mankind” is what he should have said. “One small step for man… one giant leap for mankind” is redundant.
Who wrote that quote for Niel
I'm sure this is real. But who is the person filming Neil Armstrong when he stepped of his space shuttle to take that first step? Or they were filming him from another space shuttle? Or the filming was done after he took the first step just for the TV audience?
There was a camera on the leg of the lander. Don't be stupid.
No problem Boomer. Don't have to be rude. I asked a question respectfully. You are 62yo and you have such a bad temper? Learn to respect different opinions, you feisty grandpa
The space shuttle didn't exist yet during Apollo 11. It was conceived several years after and unveiled several years after that.
@@mgrzx3367 hey boomer, you don't have to be rude. I asked a question respectfully so you don't be a donkey
@@McCarthyJohn100 My apologies, I don't know what they call it in the 60s. Spaceship? Space pods? Please let me know. Also what do you think about who took the video of Neil Armstrong stepping onto the moon?
I'm going to save this so I can come back to see how many commenters say "It's All Fake". I was there, it's real.
I'll be the first to admit it's fake.
And It begins 🧑🏽💻
You were on the moon??
@mgrzx3367 You were there? Are you one of the astronauts? Are you Buzz? Or Michael? Or you were the NASA crew on earth? Or you were one of the millions watching this moment on the TV?
@@JCzzzzz Seven year old me was watching the landing on a Black and White TV. Thrilling!
The 54th Massachusetts was not the 1st all black regiment in the Civil War. There were other all black regiments out in the West made up mostly from what was called contraband (freed slaves). However, these "regiments" were only used as manual labor. A couple of those regiments did wind up seeing some action in battle. The 54th was the 1st black regiment authorized by Congress to be raised as a Federal regiment.
Native Indigenous American Indians were Black 🖤 People on The United States Census Records before statehood in Oklahoma, then called Indians having 1/4 or more of Indian Blood, then NEGROES which are the original (HEBREW=ETHNICITY) (ISRAELITE=NATIONALITY) TRIBE OF YUDAH/JUDAH which means "Praise" and TRIBE OF BENJAMIN which means "Son of the right hand" and GAD which means "Fortunate" which makes up the Southern Kingdom of Israel that was kidnapped and put on the Transatlantic Slave Ships and brought to AMERIKKKA to build this Nation from about the 1200's until 1865, then called Copper Colored, Colored, Quadroon 1/4 or more of NEGRO blood and 3/4 EUROPEAN blood, then Octoroon 1/8 of NEGRO blood, then Quintroon 1/16 of NEGRO blood, then Mulatto 1/2 African (HEBREW ISRAELITE) Ancestry, then Black American, then Afro American, then African American Every ten years on The United States of AMERIKKKA Census Records the so called government changes the identity of ONLY ONE PEOPLE GROUP!!! This IS how I know I AM THE ORIGINAL NATIVE INDIGENOUS AMERICAN that Columbus discovered was already here before 1492 when he claimed to sail the ocean blue!!! I am a descendant of the 1891 Land Run in Oklahoma in Langston, OK!!!
Don't forget about the $5.00 WHITE Indians that got added to The Dawls Rolls by THE UNITED STATES OF AMERIKKKA!!!
Thank you for this. I made one for a local nursing home/assisted living facility. They were very happy with it so I will be making lots more for them. I found your instructions easy to follow and thorough.
This is the same as the other one. I was looking for the side addy.
Less umm, you know would be good. Very annoying
nothing in the description about who or what this is?
No slaves were freed in the 5 Union slave states by the Emancipation Proclamation until well after the war was over in Dec 1865, why dont we teach factual history?
Less umm would be good
1:09 Sergeant Major Lewis Douglass 54th Massachusetts Colored Volunteer Infantry Regiment. First Sergeant Charles Redmond Douglass 5th Massachusetts Colored Volunteer Cavalry Regiment. Sons of Frederick Augustus Washington Bailey Douglass (1817 or 1818 to 1895).
Did they survive the war?
@@sethjones5250Yes They Did. Lewis Henry Douglass (1840 to 1908) and Charles Remond Douglass (1844 to 1920).
I would want to interface at least one of the pieces.
This whyte people really got a handout just for existing. 😐 Where are the boot straps here? (And don’t talk about the few of us that managed to get some land, we were shoved to the back)
I didn't know about the 54th protecting the 10th Connecticut. Awesome and thank you for the information.
Hi! are you able to drop a link to the document you were using here please?
Show me the bag on a wheelchair please
wow 37 years later this guy gets a medal , why so late ?
'Cause racism was so deep in their society that just after generations it would eventually vanish or at least decrease enough and make possible recognition for all people no matter their ethnicity.
God i havent read a book in like a year. I enjoy intellectual stuff but always enjoyed Stephen king books. Especially The Stand. And the movie is amazing too
Please lower the music volume.
This is embarrassing, but where does the wheelchair bag go?
This is awesome; thank you so much for this! The music is such a plus
What was the accident that happened January 2003?
Columbia disintegrated on re-entry
just got this video to 3 likes !!
The opening photo is NOT of men of the 54 Ma. infantry regiment. It is one of the first "colored" units recruited in Ks. before the emancipation proclamation was issued on January 1, 1863. There was no basis for creating it but the men were willing to fight and die for the union cause, so they were accepted.
Hi Guys 👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻
Hiya! Thanks for watching!!😃
