@@iamsyed5907 Brother Syed the most important hub of any dwelling is the main kitchen where it always is the focal point of any lovely flat or house.It is always essential to have a middle island where either the stove is laid flat or alternatively the kitchen sink is as this allows kids or any potential visitor to congregate around this said area which allows others to be part and parcel of any discussion.In our property this always is the case and it certainly also breaks the ice when even making a small luncheon or a nice cuppa. I see this is Dubai also where villas are created with kitchens which all seem small and designed and built by this notion we in the 21st century live like we all want to be separated from the smell of a lovely delicious aromatic cuisine.I know when my wife cooks the smell of her making a meal which is not only exquisite to the human eye but the senses also.As an engineer I know how I would design my house with a stringent parameter which allows open plan living.InshALLAH see what we can do in Gwadar.
