I ride a Standardbred, too. Always inspiring to see where we can get if we keep working on our dressage skills (no jumping for us, the horse is horrified by obstacles due to bad experience in the past). Has your horse originally been trained for the race track?

@ridtravare verkligen avis.. Min har precis tagit galoppskänkeln..

Hadde en varmblodstraver som eg brukte til dressur. Gikk travløp til han var 6 år. Han hadde en galopp som kom naturlig for han og et trav som eg kunne samle slik at det startet å se litt ut som passage. Måten eg jobbet galopp med han på var å styrke balansen og gjere mange balansekrevende øvelser i trav. Så øvde eg på å fatte galopp på serpentinlinje slik at han måtte sette seg litt i svingane. Har tru på at mange varmblodstravere kan bli like bra som ridehester om dei blir omskolert riktig.

wonderfull horse, so beautifull, trotting horses are in general very reliable horses and will do anything for its owner, happy owner of a 20 year old trotting horse and still going strong. the breed is normally american trotting horses, allthough the french trotter is comming more.worked with trotting horses for 20 years, would never have any other horse breed

@ridtravare Nårga tips för att få fin och jämn galopp? Min kan galoppera, Men det går lixom fort, Mitt mål är att kunna få galopp som är lik den du har!

@JulijaFanemo Den har gått kval lopp och har stått i träning hos några olika travtränare i sverige. Han var väldigt het som travhäst.

@Eweliiiina det är jag som rider dressyr. min medryttare hopptävlade honom då jag är hopprädd...så vi tävlade honom i varsin gren (jag hopptävlade bara små CR tävlingar för skojs skull men det fick räcka)
