Obviously osha never took a stroll through this garbage warehouse. Driving a forklift is not that damn hard. It's crazy how many goobers are screw ups. Worked with a lot of them and not one person was sad to see them go. Go to McDonald's and stick to screwing up people's orders.

I’m Sure the forklift driver was blamed but that’s anyone but his fault. No matter how long it stood before he did the “wrong thing”, it was always a matter of when not if. Absolute failure of intelligence and wisdom to stack stuff this high. I guarantee OSHA would not find fault with the driver as he probably wasn’t the one who set this up as their warehousing methodology.

I don't see this a the forklift operators fault. If this is the workplace's system for storing and maneuvering a stack of cans such as this one, it is the systems fault. Or the guy who devised a system with such a high potential of this happening.
