this was so much easier than i thought and you taught me how to do magic ring!! thankyou so much❤
Super cute
I loved this tutorial and it looks gorgeous!!! I made it in orange. Thank you from Spain!!
Thank you you are very sweet
Pls pls answer, if i fit it to my waist, should i do my decreases all at the same time or should i go row by row ?
I think you should do more rows than the video or at least until you have your desired lenght. There shouldn't be any decreases until you start doing the straps. (Which I think would start in the middle of your chest)
These are so cut and work up fast. Thank you for the video
i literally replayed the beginning about a million times and i still can’t get it 😭
Finally finished🎉🎉🎉thank you for the tutorial i love this top 😍
Can I use acrylic yarn?
@@ArtByOwen yes you can!
when you count 12 stitches in for the straps mine overlaps but then it messes up the amount of stitches i have
that was very easy thank you so much
Thank you!! This was so easy to understand I’m gonna use this to make a bathing suit! :)
Beautiful work ❤
so cute❤
do you know why my piece is all twisty on round three?
It’s probably because your tension is too tight. If you loosen the yarn a bit while crocheting, you’ll get a better look. Other than that, the twisting just happens sometimes. If you continue it, it’ll fix itself. Also, blocking helps with the problem :)
When I do the original chain link it is perfect and left barely 2 inches visible of my back but now after 3 inches worth of rows it reaches only to the middle of my armpits. how do I avoid this?
This happened to me as well, I would suggest adding on a couple more chains at the beginning so it doesn’t shrink as much
This bag is so cute hun ❤
Thank you 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
Just see this on tiktok so came to give you a follow :)
Aw thank you lovely xx
I haven't completed my top yet (at about row 12-13) and when I saw the 42 rows of moss stitch my jaw dropped lol... my hands hurt...
Love it ❤ thank you for this tutorial ♥️
Beautiful top. Thanks 🙏for the sharing and greetings from Germany. 🙋♀️
Hi will it still work if I only have weight 4 yarn???
Yes! Just make sure you have the right hook size for it 😊
This was a great tutorial, thank you! Add more!
I just cannot for the life of me make the straps, i can get to the part where you have 3 sc but after that i just mess it up what do I do?? 😭
Hey! When you get to the 3 sc make sure you keep doing 3sc and not missing that last gap. So it’s chain 2 and work into next 2 gaps, the last one can be pretty tight to get into, hope that helps xx
@@crochetbybronte oh, I thought I was supposed to work in all the stiches tysm❤❤
While crocheting it always fold please where is the error coming from
You are most likely doing it too tightly. If I could see your work I might be able to tell more
how long did it take you?
i want to know too cus im abt to put aside this upcoming month to make it for my friend for her bday on julu
This is so easy so far just can’t wait to finish ❤️❤️
Aw yay! I love that ❤️
why did i think we were skipping a gap at the end of each row😭😭 like i thought we’re purposely leaving space for the strings i guess is this not the case for the beginning?
no not for the body section! I only skipped gaps when decreasing for the top section and straps
@@crochetbybronteohh okayy thank youu
Wish all beginners find your account ❤❤❤
Aw thank you!!!
i notice as i was crocheting that my piece definitely shrunk
me too lol
@@reaganscates7009 right cus initially did 70 chains around my waist/ hip and i did my first row of sc i realize i had to start over and increase it too 100😭
Thank you for sharing, reminds me of teen years 1980’s. Lolol so I decided to do attach the back and the tops straps. Thank you very much!!!!
Aw I love that!!! Thank you for watching ❤️
how do you take the measures?
For the cups, I will usually just keep working rounds until it fits xx
@@crochetbybronte thank you!
Do you tie a knot with the two strands behind the neck?
Yes
i would love to see a tutorial for a one shoulder top!
I will try and make one soon!
Hey! Such a nice tutorial! Very easy to follow! Thank you Bronte! ☀️ I’m excited to wear the top this summer😁😁
Thank you, I’m glad it was easy to understand!! Appreciate the support 💗
did you use just the 5 balls of yarn you showed or did you need more of each color? :)
I used about 50 grams of each colour then 150grams for the border x
did you use just the 5 balls of yarn you showed or did you need more of each color? :)
The way you make your magic circle looked so easy compared to other turtorials. Going to try it asap !!
Aw thank you! You should xx
Thank you very much for this tutorial. I am so surprise that it was so easy to make! Thank you❤🥰
Aw thank you! I’m so glad it was easy 💗
How do u make this a plus size plz .. would love a winter long one ❤
Do you mean just a long skirt or a plus size and a long skirt?
Can you do some pot plants..... Those decorative ones....I saw then at a market
Love this skirt!!💛❤ can i ask, how big is one square? 💫
Thank you for this great tutorial. How do I figure out the size my daughter is a size 8
If you can get her hip and waist measurements that would help. I did 7 granny squares around and I’m a size 12, for a size 8 i think 5 squares around would work well, hope that helps 💗
I'm having a hard time Crocheting my squares together help thank you
If you’re having trouble following the steps in my tutorial you can search up join as you go granny square for beginners, they might have a slower tutorial which could be better suited to you :)
Make all squares first and then join them together with sc or just stitch it with needle. It might be easier 😊
Thanks, i will make it !!!❤
Very cute but I wish you had the pattern written on top left corner and the video was a little slower. I noticed that you slip stitch and chain 1 and some you didn't so that through me off especially in the corners. The waistband and elastic through me off. However I'm going to try it cause it is very adorable.
Hey, thank you for the feedback! Definitely will start adding the pattern up on the video. With the slip stitch and chain 1, I would say do that when connecting every square (I must of made a couple mistakes with that😅) And then the elastic waistband is optional, I used it to makes sure it wasn’t too loose around my hips. Hopefully that helps explain it a little! Hope your skirt turns out well 💗
Thank you 🧡 this looks like it could be a staple part of my summer wardrobe 🥰
Aw yay thankyou 🥰
Does it matter what type of yarn you use?
How do select your amazing colour combos?
Just got any eye for it I guess hahaha
I can’t wait to recreate this!! 💗
Yay!!
