With headers you always need a tune after.

I don’t know what issues everyone might have going on with their Camaro but I can tell you what worked for me so I didn’t need a tune and I was able to get rid of 2 engine lights one was for the check engine the other was traction control light was on.all I did was change my spark plugs to NGK Iridium IX Spark Plugs LFR5AIX-11 # 4469 worked for me hope it works for you my car drives just as good as it did before I installed 2” kooks headers only difference now is my car sounds like a beast and has my HP and more Torque. Hope I helped you kids that are on the fence if you should go long tube or not. It’s definitely worth it. Just got to get your car high enough to slip the headers in from the bottom. Everything else is just double checking your work and taking your time.✌🏼🐶

U don’t need a tune at all and your engine will not blow just get O2 sensors and you’ll be fine

I love my 23 2SS! I was looking to get a two-seater because I hate having my car packed with people so I was looking at the Supras' but I really like Camaro more so I had to go with that...plus it's pretty much a two-seater anyway.

Sorry you're wrong dead wrong and stupid gasoline does not lubricate, a lean condition means that there is more air than there is a fuel ratio for a higher normally 14.7 to 1 ratio the cylinder exhaust temps can go higher than normal and can burn exhaust valves or crack them

I have a question that no one seems to answer . If you run headers and a straight pipe Do you need a tune ? I think I might need one . My car boggles at times when I hop on the freeway as if it’s gonna shut down but I let off the gas and accelerate again and it’s fine. ? Anyone?
