Welcome to Planes & Friends!
This is a planespotter channel covering mostly JFK Airport activity. We are also visiting other airports to sprinkle in other great footage from all over the world.
It is a big step away for me from classic aviation photography and flipping the switch to enter the world of videography. After shooting more than 500.000 slides, traveling the world and met lots of friends on all continients it is time to start a new chapter.
Planes & Friends is not only for video content. It would be fantastic when Avgeeks from all over the world connect and simply have a good time enjoying this great passion on this platform. The "Friends" part is as important as the "Planes" part.

Qantas 787-9 Dreamliner in 100 Years Special livery approach LAX Airport | Aviation Action
To celebrate Quantas' entry into its 100th year, it has painted its Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner in a special centenary livery. VH-ZNJ, named “Longreach”, is Qantas’ tenth Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner.
You can see this aircraft approaching Runway 24R at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) on a nice and warm July evening in almost Golden sunlight.

Hallo Jens, danke für den schönen Livestream, hat mir gut gefallen, auch wenn ich nicht viel verstanden habe 😉.Das zusehen ist ja auch sehr schön. Deine angenehme ruhige Art und das rauschen des Wassers hatten etwas beruhigendes. Du musst ja eine super Kamera haben, ich hab mal auf Maps geschaut wo dein Standort ist, wow das ist ja eine große Entfernung zum JFK. Tolle Aufnahmen 👍🏻. Bleib gesund !! Liebe Grüße von Hilde 🤗
