I wrote a short excerpt while listening. A thick miasma chokes the life and the color out of everything around me. It is unnaturally dark here.. i cant see more than a few feet ahead. Fireflies occasionally light up the dark forest around me . I press on. I keep walking through the murky depths. No way to tell right from left, or up from down. Its very disorienting . The chirp of crickets washes over me like a deafening wave among the silence. A broken music box can be heard in the distance. The sound it produced.. melancholy. I approach the music box, and when i touch it it dissapears.. leaving me alone in this oppresive darkness with the sound of the crickets. I keep moving fowars in search of the light. Maybe i will find it before even i become permanently lost in this abyss.

I loved this Somnium. While I was solving it, all the pieces started falling in together, not because the game was particularly doing anything to make them fit, but because all the clues and foreshadowing hit me at once. By the time I beat it and it showed the kill order, I was able to predict exactly what the game was about to show me seconds before it did. This is the coolest feeling I've ever gotten playing a murder mystery game
