You seem like a really nice guy. However, it's really hard making it through the video. 90% commentary (no substance) and 10% material. Would be nice to know more about why the material is important in the field or for the exam rather than how to study or take notes.

Mr Blake. I do not know how to message you directly, but wanted to thank you as I passed my exam today in under 30 minutes in person. Omg did I breeze through it. You and dr Jeff Williams made the course much clearer on topics I needed to learn more in depth. I spent over 250 hours studying/ with exams in the past 13 weeks, and truly knew the book cover to back. This topic was on the exam, and for those taking it I had a lot of questions (20) on the flexibility chapter and chapters 1-2 (least 15 questions). I honestly had almost no questions on chapter 21 or section 6 opt model which was odd to me. The hardest questions were on progressions/correct cues of certain exercises, as some were not covered in the book. The test was very similar to the practice exams which I took 20 times all passing with the upper 90”s. If you score 90-100 you should be set. Of course 20 questions were overactive/Underactive. In the end the test is not as scary as people make it to be, and honestly thought it was very straight forward. If you know the material you will pass no problem, it’s the ones that don’t study much that try to pass quickly that say it’s hard. My pocket pro app was great for review questions and NASM has its own app with a few questions being identical on there. Good luck to anyone studying to take the exam, and truly try and learn the course like I did to be the best trainer you can become for your clients.
