I had a 2011 silverado with 283k I traded in on a 15 silverado thar now has 111k give it 2 years and I'll be close to 300k again I travel for a construction job it's not far off as long as you take care of them

I’m in both camps. After my 2008 chevy lost a cylinder I went to tundra 5.7 based on price and simplicity. Still own a 96 dually with a big block and a 99 6.5 dually shop truck. Cylinder deactivation and lack of dealer support have killed the gm brand in my eyes. Wife and kids have been switched as well. New gm lol.

I made the upgrade! 2019 Silverado to 2021 tundra platinum best decision! RELIABILITY means something!

Why can't you use NGK spark plugs? I know several people that use them in their Silverado's and their trucks run great
