Emove Touring Rear Tire Change Upgrade!
Просмотров 1,6 тыс.2 года назад
It's not an easy task but you can change the rear tire on an Emove Touring. The stock tire is 200x50mm and the upgrade I installed is 200x60. The wider tire looks better and rides better. You will need - Allen wrenches - Adjustable Wrench - 10mm socket or wrench - c-clamp and wood or rubber - boiling water - tire levers - patience

12v Portable Solar Generator Box Version 2 with meter
Просмотров 43 тыс.6 лет назад
This is version two of my original solar power box with way more features and in a much smaller package. Shout out to JDS Outdoors for all of his information. this box cost about $210 to make.
i still havent seen anyone make a video about this. the actual tyre fitting was left out of the video and only showed you pushing down for a few seconds like a heres one i prepared earlier cooking show clip. sorry but this was not at all helpful.
Very interesting job sir I wonder if you could share a list of everything and maybe like a diagram i seen a lot of these but yours it's the best
You can always get a 20a solar controller that will fit just fine on the lid without smashing anything u got there and have a solar charging i something similar but with a 20ah SLA battery and i can run my ps4 and 55in with the brightness on high for about 2 to 3 hours with a 300w inverter
How to change wheel bearings? Tnx
I think so stefan Chastain
What would be a good plastic ammo box that fit 2 6.5 150w marine speaker on the front for Bluetooth build?
Back tire is completely seized…. Do you know how I can fix that?!?
Can you upgrade to 10 inch tire?
Nice
How about putting a link of everything you used to build it...and the guage of wires you used bro..
Where did you get your rear foot bar and your grip tape?
Then they wonder why they got fires 🔥
They use battery operated candles and collect them at the end
Thanks for the video!!! I started searching for something like this when I realized my tires no longer stopping me the way it used to. Compared to the original tire do you feel the replacement one give you more control and better traction and stopping as well? I’ve had it skid out from under me when slamming the breaks to avoid a head on collision with a driver turning across a double yellow line without signaling and I got dragged. Also … where can I get your tire from?
*Loved this solar **Generater.Systems** last weekend. Easy to use power station turned our trip into a welcome Glamping extravaganza compared to what we are used to. Thanx Jack*
Looks to difficult for me
Awesome build.. very clean..I would definitely buy one from you..
Mini Winter Solar Tip: You can steplessly dim down a Beuler and all other hungry electricity consumers with a 5000W dimmer (EUR 7). I run 5 dimmers in parallel on an 850W inverter. Kettle 2.2KW at 150W runs 12 hours a day, so the water is always hot. The room is also nicely heated. 2.5KW washing machine runs in parallel with dimmed to 200...400W. Iron, dishwasher, oven, electric heater, coffee machine, all internal heating are throttled with me. Videos about it on my channel ruclips.net/video/eC2olbCBhh0/видео.html The inverter stays cool, quiet and the MOSFETs remain intact because extreme current peaks no longer arrive at the inverter. Now every Mini PV Inverter is enough to sell large devices...
I can't get the motor assembly to separate using a hammer (like you managed at 4:48). Ideas? How hard did you whack it?
Good stuff Thanks for making the video ,how long did total process take you, I am estimating 2 to 2 1/2 hours? I Have to pre-price it as a job for someone, And wanted to give the customer an estimate. First time we changed the tire of a Emove cruiser took like three hours whole process and a lot of 🤬 🙂.
Hey - Thanks for the vid. You are correct in noticing the lack of any rear-wheel related advice for the Touring. In your vid you take the brake arm off the hub to remove the tire; that's not a necessary step. That small hex screw (to the right of the brake arm) is all that's holding it to the shock arm. You can take the tire off with the brake arm intact by wiggling it around a bit. I didn't realize you could go up to the 200 x 60 but that is good to know!
Thank you. This is helpful. I am about to replace my rear tire after not quite two years (I have a very short commute). I am not trying the wider tire, but it does look like a good idea. I didn't think of that before I bought my replacement rear tire.
Very Beautiful!!! Love the messages on your lanterns as well. :)
They have one in Texas
Hey I got to the part at 5:30 but I unscrewed both sides and now the tire stuck of the other end :(. Were you only suppose to unscrew 1 side and hammer after?
Is on my motor there is only screws on one side
@@nathanialkeeter5028 :( o man I messed up lol. It wont go back in so I can screw the motor side. Any ideas how to compress it so I can put the screws back?
@@Charles-ew9hs yeah I had to use a c-clamp to compress it back together
Hey do u know what the thickness on the wheel needs to be to fit it? I've seen thickness of 27mm or 37mm. Not if both would fit
Also where you get that handle bar? I was trying to find one but didn't see anything online.
I was looking for this video for the longest time! Where did you get your wheels? Also do you know how to replace the brakes? Mine broke :/
Is the speed affected?
No
super tollbox
I built one that does over 1500w. It is a 48v system. Check it out on my channel Keeter.
Great box, u have everything what u need :)
Hey how did you connect your power outlets on there ?
seen nobody use hot glue all over the wires like that that makes for very clean build very nice job
Yeah it looked well fabricated. Got to remember to do that when I build mine.
So my neighbor is an electrician and that was one of the pointers he gave to use hot glue on several small projects involving wiring.
Heat, ventilation.....
Did you see where Kamala claims she only weighs 132 pounds. LOL, She is at least 170. She lies about everything else, why not weight too?
Nice build but your inverter is going to overheat because there is no inlet for air to get in for the fan to cool the inverter and no outlet for the hot air to escape.
Would this setup charge a 700wh E bike battery?
Not even close. The battery only has 420wh capacity and that's at a slow discharge. I'm hoping to build a li-ion version soon
nice box, but why the fuck you need 248 usb ports???
Very nice box. Can you post where you got the parts and how much they cost if possible
I second that request.I would like to know where you got the meter.
I like this build the most out of all of the ones I watched. I'd like to create one just like it. Maybe I missed it, so I will have to go back and watch the video, but how is your inverter wired? Is that the object to the far left that have the two posts coming out of it?
Hi there. Great Video. What kind of inverter did you use, and what were the specs? Thanks.
you prolly dont give a shit but if you're bored like me atm then you can stream all of the new movies on Instaflixxer. Been streaming with my gf for the last few months :)
@Antonio Rhys Yup, I have been watching on InstaFlixxer for years myself :)
Nat, Would you be willing to make one and sell it? What would you charge? And Would you custom make on? Please let me know.
James. I seriously don't have time to make you one, sorry. It's not hard to do.
and a cost breakdown, if you wouldn't mind. It's really cool!
It's the same as a goal zero except 4x more battery power.
First Class all the way.
Good job .. how about a list of components for us
Wires, switches, ammo can, battery, usbports, battery meter.
I need the list of the items please Good very good job
Wires, switches, ammo can, battery, usbports, battery meter.
How long can you power a regular fan with the aid of an inverter with that battery?
The modified sine wave inverter wont run ac fans very efficiently. You could power a tabletop fan 30 watts or so for 7-8 hrs at the most. The best option would be to use a 12v camping fan. I have one that uses only 10w on high
@@nathanialkeeter5028 Have you tried it yet? I have tried it with one of my power Banks using a used motorcycle battery with a inverter I was able to get at least a few hours out of it. 7 hours I doubt it. but with a short amount of time with what I have. With the type of battery that I saw inside your power bank in your video I assume that you could get a lot more run time with that battery due to the size of that battery then with what I have.
Get a 12v or USB fan.
I was thinking of using a low voltage cut off switch , just wonder how all the power would pass through such a device? Seems most cheap circuit boards can only accept smaller gauge wire, thinking wire size would like to be 8 or 10 gauge closer to battery and also to first loads.
You could integrate a solar charge controller with everything connected to it and let the controller turn off at the specified voltage
I have three 35ah batteries from harbor freight in my solar set up i can run 650w coffee maker lol still learning and testing myself i am about to upgrade from pwm controller to mppt controller.
I highly recommend the victron Bluetooth mppt charge controllers
@@nathanialkeeter5028 the 75v 15a one with Bluetooth is 120 bucks i was looking at as i only have 100w panel and crappy days i barely can get batteries back to full without use of house charger because pwm controller sucks..:)
Nice job! I have a generator that generates electricity. It's around 7000 watts I guess. It uses an engine with lots of moving parts to turn a rotor within a stator that could effectively "generate" the power needed to charge your system. You have an interesting idea though, mine doesn't store any electricity isn't very portable and probably wouldn't make much sense to use if I had to plug it in or hook it up to solar to get a benefit. I really wish people would quit calling these set ups generators. They store electricity and allow for multiple input and output scenarios that require it. They don't generate electricity. Nice set up though. Cost efficient. Useful and handy when needed.
Nate could you send me the parts list and where to get them from, Thanks. please send to c.simmons726@gmail.com
Wires, switches, ammo can, battery, usbports, battery meter.
Have you wondered why this video has 7437 views and your other videos have 100? that's because the picture of my solar generator on my youtube channel Wes That Tech Guy is somehow linked to your video is sending the viewers here. So that's 7437 views I've LOST due to this problem. PLEASE reach out to the hosting company videohost and try and have this resolved. thanks.
