Is it Time to harvest potatoes? Did Any potatoes grow in my containers?
Purple sweet potatoes have a mildly sweet, earthy flavor that's almost wine-like. They're drier and starchier than traditional sweet potatoes.
Yukon Gold potatoes, sometimes referred to as yellow or gold potatoes, are a thin-skinned potato with yellow flesh. They have a creamy texture and an almost-buttery flavor.
