For anyone wondering, the back doors do not have the different clip, they all pop right out (2023 model). The only thing I would add is that it might be helpful to have a plastic razor handy. Some of the clips stay in the door frame, and it can be hard to get a trim removal tool under them to remove then without mangling the clip. A plastic razor helps to get the tool started without scratching anything.

Are the bottom seals on these connected to the side seals or do they pull out without trimming?

Thank you for this golden advice. The heavy duty clips is the whole reason I never popped the panels on cx5’s when tinting them And that front side sucks unless you pull the panel.

In terms of just needing to realign the bottom clips would I need to like take the whole panel off?
