If you getting popped blood vessels in your eyes it's beaucse of the contrast and the filter you are using
Why these graphic settings? Looks like everything is set to low.

What’s you video settings bruh. I’ve played deadside since 2020 on and off and never seen it this ugly lol
I just crossed over 3300 hours and can say I never have trouble seeing people. Some people prefer the game to look good but I prefer to see my enemy first. This setting/filter setup makes it super easy to see people
